The ref that threw the flag says no penalty.

 

Now I want 2 see every time the browns get a 1st down a flag.

You know, if they're not going to call that a penalty, fine. But call the game the same both ways. If the Browns players can play that way, the Steelers players should be able to also.

That was a decent drive, penalties are killing the offence but at least they are showing something.
