They're getting contributions from seven players, including two rookies on the OL, and a DB taken in the seventh round. The only pick they missed on was Roche, Buddy Johnson is the only rookie that made the team that doesn't play. This is their best draft since 2017 when they got TJ, JuJu, Conner, and Sutton.

It's more out of desperation to be honest. They didn't have much choice but to start rookies on the OL, and injuries else where are starting to pile up.

I love that so many are getting some experience this year, that will only help next year. I loved Dick LeBeau as a coach but it was frustrating that rookies rarely saw the field in years one , special teams in year two, show some talent in yr three then play one full year in year four only to be grabbed for bigger money by another team.

It sure is better than some years where a 3 rd pick didn't make it through training camp .

Final draft grades after 6 games. Impressive work.

If we could have kept Roche on the roster I believe he could have developed in a year or two.

Nobody said they were final draft grades, their futures looks promising though, why are you even a fan of the team nothing but negativity all day long .

I'm not sure, but Ben and Turner are the only starters on offense that are 28 or older.

Only if it was a misquote twisted around to fit a failed narrative.

But hey, you already knew that.

Maybe we've seen the worst of the OL play this year and their gradual improvement continues and possibly peak in the playoffs? Each game we play writes another chapter of this season it seems and is reflected in the threads. Getting a win against the Stains would do wonders for most.

Buddy Johnson has dressed for a few games I believe, mostly special teams playing time I think.

Green and Moore have both been very average which isn’t necessarily a bad thing considering where we took them. Both have a chance to be decent players in the future.

It likely is. Ben and Turner are the only real vets. 4 starters are rookies. 7 starters are on rookie contracts.

not a bad draft as i said at draft time. i think loudermilk needs a bigger role right now. we also need to keep hitting these.

I agree on Loudermilk. The more time he gets the better. He already flashes a bit each game and once he gets a year in an NFL weight room I think he will be a stud.

How many of the Steelers OL starters would start on another team? Especially a team with a winning record and legit postseason hopes. I say zero.
