Great signing if it happens. Who was the poster who had the draft crush on AM? Was it @SteelCity_NB ?

they will move claypool to the slot and Washington to the x. McCoud will be #4 and white #5. The new signing has to clear covid protocols so we won’t see him until after the bye.

Clay pool in the slot would cause a ton of mismatches

I was one of them. Thought he would be a stud. He just never panned out at all.

Yes this is definitely a good pickup by the Steelers. They had to do something here and couldn’t go into the rest of this season with Rey Rey and Cody White as their 4th and 5th receivers.

I read it is the 53 man roster for Miller, who was expected to sign with Jacksonville's practice squad.

HOUSTON -- The Jacksonville Jaguars were planning on signing former Houston Texans veteran wide receiver Anthony Miller to their practice squad, according to league sources not authorized to speak publicly.

But things changed on the fly on Monday, as those were the until the Pittsburgh Steelers called, with a 53-man vacancy and maybe a better chance to play.

Why was he cut? He looked pretty decent from the Detroit footage i watched.

Bears drafted him in 2nd round out of Memphis. He was a playmaker at that level, but has never hit it big in the pros. Bounced around from bears to Texans to jags (or maybe jags then Texans?). I picked him up in my fantasy league every year he was a bear thinking he would break out, but he never did.

Still, as a 4th WR I really like the signing.

    https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2021/10/12/steelers-sign-anthony-miller-to-practice-squad/

We have a huge problem folks. According to this article Tomlin is expecting Cody Davis to step up and fill the void left by Juju's injury. The problem is Cody Davis is missing and apparently no one in Pittsburgh is talking about it. Cody Davis is in someone's trunk with tape over his mouth and hungry. Ray Ray you can play once you find Cody Davis.

If anyone has any information about Cody Davis's whereabouts please forward it to fictional football players care of Pro Football Focus. Remember no imaginary player is left behind.

I would love to see Carlos Davis out wide!!! I bet he would be the best blocking WR in the league.

But, isn't he like always on the injury report.

The lack of an actual quote leads me to believe this was on the author.
