I saw this. People who don’t like him will say he set it up.

Those of us that like him already know he is a good dude and this just adds to the cool things he has done for people.

Sadly very true. But not just Juju either I know there have been ppl on the board who live in Pittsburgh who got butthurt because a Steeler, Penguin or Pirate was out at a restaurant or bar and did pick up the tab for them. Which is really sad too.

I will take this as win that somebody else reported it, and not JuJu himself.

If you do nice things for people and then desire attention for doing good, your doing good for the wrong reasons.

Do good, and let the action(s) speak for itself.

"The whole look at me aren't I amazing for helping people". Let someone else tell your story, don't you tell your story, of how awesome you are for helping people.

    It's the wrong message.

He's been a good dude from day one. Even the things he's done that people questioned (the tik tok stuff) is just how kids are these days.

Sounds like material for a good remake of the Mean Joe Coke commercial.

This kind of stuff happens all the time:applaud:, but it only gets acknowledged when a celebrity does it...

Every once in awhile you see where some celebrity leaves a ridiculous amount for a tip.

And then I woke up in a bathtub full of ice with a note saying one of my kidneys was harvested.

My misspelling or grammatical error aside yes there are fans and some that have posted on the board that were mad because they saw so in so at a bar or partying up and didn't offer to buy a round. Now I want to state that I'm sure the vast majority of members here wouldn't act that way but there are people that do.

I spent most of my life growing up in North Dakota and about 10 back maybe a little more US Hockey hosted the World Junior Tournament in Grand Forks. Now for some reason people here don't like Sidney Crosby and there is a crazy story about how he walked into the locals Scheels store and threw a fit because the manager wouldn't give him free stuff. The story has made it around town time and time again but is so totally out of character for him I just don't believe it. but again there are those that do.

Yeah, I don't believe it, either. He's been a Penguin for going on 16 years and he seems like a genuinely nice and polite person.

Glad to hear about this. He has been clean off the field. I liked him early but I feel like Tomlins let them do what ever coaching style stopped JuJu from being the best WR he could be. I also feel JuJu has become a distraction for other young WRs on the roster. Claypool said the one thing that JuJu taught him was how to build his brand. I never heard anyone say that about Hines Ward. Yah Yah different times. I just want to hear that someone is working their butts off and it actually be true (Ben's in the best shape of his life). I guess the bar was pretty low on that one.

That blowhard Mark Madden called Juju a candyass for not being able to finish the game against the Bengals with injured ribs .

Remember his rookie year when his bike was stolen and the whole city rallied around him? I miss those times.

Juju seems like a stand up guy and I'll be sad to see him leave.
