Sounds pretty Good though I'm not big on pork. I eat it because My folks love pork....So when I visit, but I can't remember since last Year...the last time I bought pork outside of Italian sausage.
I do know it means marinated meat...most time I seen it made with pork

It cam be made very well using a chuck roast.

Real chuck roast, not an English cut the grocery stores try to sneak by.

My wife is from New Mexico and her dad owned a cafe (restaurant). Pork is traditional. I prefer beef. If I deviate, I get frowned on. Like chile. In New Mexico, they can shoot you if you put beans in your chile. That’s something Texans do.

I’d prefer you said “Boston cut” jeh. Seems more apt.

I spent part of My life in Texas. I Love Bean in My Chilli. Matter of fact I make it with 3 type of Beans with chicken, and beef.

Always remember some graffiti I saw in a public restroom in Trinidad, CO 43 years ago. "Here I sit, buns a flexin'. Giving birth to another Texan"

I lived on the border of Texas for along time. So I was raised during that time 2 hate Texas...they were our biggest Rivals, but after I moved into the state With My then Ole lady I found I got along fine with them.

    Taos ski area:

If god wanted Texans to ski, he would have given them a hill.

Cowboys #2? Even with the success up to the 90's it just seems they've been bad for so long.

Some Steelers fans are ungrateful for the level of sustained success this organization's had.

I blame age. A lot of these "fans" haven't really experienced a meltdown like the 80's. Noll, an elite coach had trouble winning the SB every year.

I'll add it to the pile:

Never a losing season, Tomlin that is.
3 coaches in 50 years or whatever.
    Most playoff appearances.

Wow you're right, that feels so much better. Carry on.
