Does the smoking fully cook the meatloaf, do you cook the meatloaf first, do you cook the meatloaf after.

Inquiring minds want to know.

 

I make a peanut oil, Kung pao pepper, ginger and garlic oil that I bottle and use just for this reason.

Waiting on his reply, but I've Smoked Whole fish , and It cooks all the way through so ....even though I never even thought of smoking meatloaf....I believe You wouldn't have me 2 pre-cook it. Maybe He does. I'm curious now.

 

I guess it depends on how long and how thick for both the fish and the meatloaf.

I’ve had smoked prime rib, but it still needed cooked.

 

To answer the OP:

Chipped ham sandwiches. That’s what my brother wants. I’m going to watch the game with him. He spent 6 months in a coma and I just stuck him in a nursing home.

Damn all this talk of Meat Loaf, it`s been awhile . Just pulled some burger meat to thaw out. I even have some old ass bread crumbs in the freezer . Got everything I need . Need to start eating things from my prepper wall , time to use and replace. I have stored rice/potato flakes that is 5 or more years old , MRE`s etc.

I 100% agree with the meat on the bone tasting so much better whether it be steak, pork or chicken. My wife likes her meat boneless though. Go figure.
