Whats Cookin?

OK, i know it's early but it is a road game so there is travel involved. it's also game one so this will give you guys time to get creative for this week one opener. remember buffalo's don't have wings, so i don't know where these guys up north come up with this stuff.

i'm going to try some boneless ribs with black raspberry jelly involved. in the crock pot. pittsburgh chicken dip (the heck with buffalo). gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches on the new flat top grill also.
drinks of many varieties. what you got? c'mon glemm, i know you are searing massive amounts of some dead animal.

 

Smoked ribs and smoked meatloaf along with some side dishes and beer.

Toad in the hole here. Using some huge yorkshire puddings to put the sausages in. Ph plus loads of onion gravy.

Beef on Weck is a Buffalo favorite. Carved up roast beef on a salted caraway hard roll.

To kick off the season tonight I'm making my world famous peasant pasta. What the poor ate in Italy during WW2. Pasta with onion, black olives, tomato, fresh garlic, stupid mushrooms (damn wife, I have to pick them out) and melted provolone cheese over pasta before putting on veggies.

For Dallas, Tampa kick-off tonight. Bake Turkey.
For the Steelers game....I think a Ravioli of some kind, but not sure....because like I said if We lose I won't eat it again the rest of the season, and if We win I will eat it every Game till We lose. How I've always been...So I have 2 be careful what I pick. LoL

 

Whatever looks good at the bar on Sunday. For the Pitt game ima make some bacon/mushrooms Swiss burgers

smoked meatloaf? i have never heard of that or even thought of that glenn. man that sounds really good.

 

Sounds great, but not every meal can be a gourmet meal and you don't know for sure you're not going to like PB&J, cold bologna on white bread, and celery sticks.

 

I haven't had Hooters wings in years. Maybe I'll do the same. I wonder if I can get these girls to deliver?

For Sunday sounds like grilled hot sausage, sauteed garden peppers and onions, some seasoned tater tots, garden tomatoes with garlic, olive oil and red wine vin. Beer and more beer, then I will have a contest with Clive on who who farts the most Maybe we will start a fart thread. All can join in

 

i like all those things. primanti bros. didn't know they would make a killing putting fries and coleslaw on bread with all kind of stuff either but.........
