In one of the bills one he still had a steelers background. I do not think he seperated them..just did some game reviews. I have no problems with that. Guy was a Bill as well,

 

He does that on The Fan sometimes, too. But I'd rather listen to him talk about the Bills than Filiponi and Muller, I think, talk about anything.

Well, that was a rather enjoyable second half. They got some young guys that can play.

That said... much of my half time notes still remain. Game three will be very interesting to see if the starting Offensive Line can bounce back as the Eagles starting unit just destroyed the First Team. Again, going to be some time for cohesion to sink in but the lack of aggression is what concerned me.

Takeaways from this preseason game:

Haskins looking more comfortable and getting closer to #2 spot.

Our early backups (1st and second quarter) are inferior to the opposition two games in a row, both sides of the ball.

 

Wolf kept commenting on the OL agression during the 2nd half...some of that Dotson. Guys trying to make team are hungry... needs to elevate to first team

 

410 total yards to 277 by the Eagles? Wow.

 

He busts it up in there, for sure. I like the way he runs. I have to give Samuels credit. He's playing like a guy that wants to stay here.

Last year he talked more about his BBQ then anything else. He and Uhler aren't bad I think Lolley and Williamson are ok but they try to hard to downplay other teams players than being honest.

 

Thanks. Yeah I kind of like him, but it's like everyone that plays late in the games in preseason. It's hard 2 tell.

Not a 3/4 Steeler and 1/4 Bill fan. Being a Steeler is all in, always has been, always will.

These last linemen looked pretty good. Some tough decisions to be made. Collins looked pretty good at LT. Walton looked good at LG. They need to find the right combo. Moore and Dotson didn't look bad together. Rader looking good as well.

 

I like him more and more. He’s flashed two weeks in a row for me.

OLB #44 and DL #92 also flashed on defense tonight.
