I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Mason isn't that good, and there is no upside to his game.

I could not blame him. That said, that was comeuppance by its contrast; Cliff Harris' comments regarding Swann required a lesson learned the hard way. Even so, having Lambert bring forth said fate to me is football justice as there would have been no better Steeler on the field at the time to do it.
