I know, I know, this doesn't mean anything. But then again...does it? Or am I just an attention-whore? There are no wrong answers here. Unless I don't like them.

 

This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone at this point.

 

Mike's just going with his gut feeling once again. Green only started one game at center during his college career. He will probably snap the ball 30 feet over Rudolphs head on the first snap of the game. It will be deja vu all over again.

 

I am more hopeful with the unknown of the Steelers line, than what was known last year. Coach 'em up, run the ball effectively, implement some play action, and let's see what happens. Oh and practice the 15 yard shotgun, so Ben has time to throw it ten yards.

 

I refuse to make any judgment on you being an attention 'W', However I will take your wife's word on it, so end this speculation and let's get to the real dirt! LOL

More importantly for his 2021 NFL Draft stock, Kendrick Green showcased his versatility. He made one start at center in 2019, followed by three starts at center in his final season. Although the Illinois offense regressed in the disrupted season, Green did not.

And didn't Tomlin also say that Moore was going to start at LT in the HOF game? This would be bigger news than Green winning the Center position if the Steelers head into the season with their 4th round pick as the starting LT.

People are trying to do away with Preseason, but having 4 preseason games this year is going to be a huge advantage for the Steelers in finding out who is going to be the opening game starters this year.

 

All reports on him is he came in with a huge desire to show he should start he has impressed his teammates and his coaches by all reports ..We have a OL Coach who wants to get after people,we have a new OC who wants to run the ball,we spent our best draft pick on a North and South runner ..It seems to me he should get the start and IMO it's now his job to lose...Oh and he best not snap it 30 yards over Masons head because by all reports he should be under Center..

If we really intend to run the ball the gun formation plays should be cut in half at least..

 

For us to be somewhat successful this year, Kendrick Green must play really well.
Right from the get go/ The whole OL must.
