Nice read on new staff member

    The part I really like is his story of hard work determination and even switching positions in the NFL so he could continue to play the game ..He seems like a been there done that type of guy who may really be able to help some of these young guys out...

    Give it a read if you have time , I think you guys will enjoy I know I did..

    Hopefully young players can take the life experience and advice of people like Tomlin and Young. I believe the Steelers care about their players welfare outside of the game. They've proved it over the years.
