    Until we play Clevelands 3rd string OL, In a playoff game, at Home, When they didn't have any practice or a HC, and hang 45 on us!

    Butler is a front runner like Tomlin... Regular season Wonders!...When the chips are down in Big game though, his nuts shrivel up...And he folds up like a cheap chair!

    Both were established assistants before Tomlin hired them. Of course, you know that.

    What is the list of his guys who took their first jobs under him and moved on to promotions elsewhere?

    Not the same circumstances at all. Arians was fired and Munchak left because he wanted to. And neither one was offered a HC job at the time. Cowher on the other hand seemed like he was losing assistants to HC opportunities left and right.
