That's obvious obviously. Tomlin's stamp on the game.

JuJu didn't say anything about the team not being ready to play, the Steelers handed the Browns turnovers early, that made them seem to be the hungrier team they capitalized on the turnovers.

That seems to be exactly what he was saying - the Browns wanted it more, Steelers lacked attention to detail, etc.

Turnovers are a symptom, not a cause. Lack of attention to detail. Getting whipped off the snap play after play. Panicking and digging the hole deeper.

We could not run because Teams had stacked the box for weeks ...The same stacked box had the dink and dunk in check as well .. So when we started Ben the Browns knew they could just pin their ears back and attack..I am sure a bunch of Steeler players had doubts about the game plan and a lot of Browns players had extra pep in their step..

Ben should have been benched weeks before , I hope if we see the same thing to start the season someone on the staff will actually make a change at QB..Heck I hope they plan to use multiple QB'S in different packages to start the season .. The ride or die with Ben approach is over.At this point he may very well be hurting the Team more than he helps it ?

I hope I am wrong about Ben and he can have 1 more great season , but what I have seen on tape the past few seasons gives me great concern...Is why I stated in the other thread that Ben needs that deep ball more than ever without it I think Defenses make him look really bad really early in the season...

Nothing to see here. Just more clickbait bull**** from one of the usual suspects. Nowhere in that article does it say we weren’t ready to play.

How could any team be hungrier than the success starved Browns? LOL. But for real, yeah the Browns played like a very hungry team.

We were more like an incomplete team with a very exposed weakness. Didn`t have the tools to win.

Agree, but, when a team gets down by 28 in the first qtr, they are not usually considered the better prepared team on the field. So, I personally don't need JJSS to tell me what everyone who watched the game knew by the end of the 1st qtr. Why this happened, I don't know and would like someone to figure it out as its a repeating symptom of Steeler playoff football.

Here is a news flash for you genius. There’s no getting ready for your qb throwing 4 interceptions in a game. Or for your center snap the ball over the qb’s head on the first play for a touchdown.

Being that it was pouncey and roethlisberger that were directly responsible for those 28 points shouldn’t you be blaming them?

Another fan who doesn't know the difference between cause and effect.

Just waive your towels, yinzers. It's what you're good at.

Sorry pal, but you’re quite mistaken. In fact perhaps it’s you that should look into cause and effect. Maybe it’s just me, but I would rather be good at waving a towel than bad at making up bull**** like yourself.

Actually they is,,Sorry but had we started under Center the snap could have been avoided... This is just 1 of many reasons to Start the game with a run looking Offense which would have also favored a QB with run threat.. To me this was the smarter call all week it never got made.. I am hoping for a new OC to make better decisions in the future..For example maybe this year it will be a Power Run Formation from under Center with either a run,pa pass,or maybe even a highly safe trick play.. Heck PA at this point would be a huge surprise to most DC'S ..

Last year started to feel like a Peewee game we had 4 plays well 2 sometimes 3 really.. Delayed Draw right ,Delayed Draw left and Dink and Dunk right and Dink and Dunk left.. On short yardage our bread and butter play Zone A Gap Blast on 1 for negative 2 yards..How about we have more than 1 dominate failing short yardage play..

That’s all nice and pretty, but you have to play to your player’s strengths. Under center isn’t one of Roethlisberger’s strengths. To me that’s extremely frustrating because it limits what you do offensively, but Colbert and Rooney decided that’s the way it’s going to be for at least one more year. Hopefully in 2022 we will have a new qb and we will witness what Canada has envisioned for us offensively. However, as long as number 7 is starting it will be more of the same. The vast majority of snaps taken from shotgun with a sprinkling of pistol formation. That also means we will probably be last in the league for using PA yet once again.

    Or couldn’t. Bad either way.

Conner gets blame, too. The two of them treated the football as if it were radioactive.

Don’t know why Conner didn’t come up with it, could be why Ben didn’t try. Conner should have had that. Looked like they were both afraid to get hit and being on the bottom of a scrum.

Even as a kid you knew if there is a loose ball you dive for it. You don’t ponder the situation.
