I don't question his ability or effort at all. He plays hard and wants to win. The vitriol comes from his social media silliness, the logo dancing, etc. It might not be a big deal to some, it's just not a good look. Plus, it now appears that Claypool might adopt some of Juju's habits. Aside from that, I have no trouble with Juju as a football player. It would be nice if they could keep him at a cap friendly price, but I don't think his being here makes or breaks the 2021 season.

Tbh that’s an indictment on the HC as much as anything, Juju is a young man in a social media obsessed generation, he makes money from social media and twitch etc and seems to enjoy the attention. I’ve no issues with that but the team needs to have a more robust policy around social media and PR and what is and isn’t acceptable.

 

I get it. It's the generation. I didn't take as much negative from it, for all I know he was just showcasing where he was as was busting the moves rather than intentionally showing disrespect. Either one is correctable, especially at this age.

But of course there's this. It's a different generation of kids, but the adults are there to educate and keep them in line.

 

JuJu is a class act! If we cannot keep him, I will still be a fan of his. I hate that he may not be here.

Just heard on the radio out here in Cincy that JUJU said he will not be a Steeler next season. Haven't heard anything official though. Sucks that we just bought my son a #19 JJSS jersey for XMas. One of these days I'm just gonna quit letting my wife buy all the gifts.
