I'd love Darrisaw but I don't know that I've seen many mocks where he makes it to #24.

    Never know.

Probably #4 Center, after Humphrey, Dickonson, and the kid from Ohio State. If he's there in the third or fourth, may be worth it.

Someone's got to fall. OTs may this year, because the chances of getting a good one in the second and third round are high. WRs might be in more demand, since the draft class isn't nearly as loaded as the last two years.

Take multiple if they are BPA on the board. Steelers get caught taking a single player at a pos of need with every selection, as if they could fill every need in one draft. Load up on day one and two picks and get the best guys even if all at the same position group.

This could be one of the least sexy, yet really productive drafts in along time. It's all speculative, but some history shows that some of these owners/gm's just cannot help themselves. A run starts in a particular position and it is almost like a panic...they choose a player by position simply because the need is there and fear of 'not getting someone' to fill that need. Some recent mocks have 5 QB's going in the top 15 (up from 3 just a while ago), so some good players will drop, with so many positional needs this is the year to just wait it out. If indeed someone you have valued in the top 10 or so falls and you feel the need to move up a few spots, no problem. On the other hand if there are several you have pretty much equal rating on and you have an offer to drop back a couple of spots in the first and pick up a 3rd, again do it. This team is not going to get a complete reload in one draft and off season FA's (especially with the cap situation).

i'd give up a couple of spots in the first to get that 5th round pick back at a minimum.
