Kevin Colbert has never done any sort or form of trades or acquisitions unilaterally. It is a group effort. Doing something by oneself usually leads to decisions like the one the Cowboys have in front of them.

I tend to agree with your statement but Brady makes me realize some of these guys want to just keep playing and coaching even if they become a bit useless.
