The odds. The game for me isn't only about winning championships. I can recognize success outside of the championships.

The only thing that would make me hate the franchise more would be 4K video of the Rooneys cornholing toddlers

It wasn't his coaching that got him fired. Bad blood in the front office.

(bleep) yes. If Belichick was here the last 10 years, the Steelers would have won a couple super bowls.

Steelers next coach will be a young black man, Rooney's will honor their rule.

Belichick's been in this franchise's head for the past 10+ years, does that count for anything?

He out coaches Tomlin almost everytime. Big Ben didnt help a lot either with his stupid INTs in the end zone passes.

Hmm, Schottenheimer is available. Sure he has dementia but let’s not split hairs here. He could be a step in the right direction.

Wow, maybe "the Wiz" was the better choice back in '06! Tomlin was/is a more eloquent speaker, but suck at coaching. The Wiz was/is a better coach but not an eloquent speaker

Any speaking eloquence Tomlin brings is evened out by listening to Fichtner and Butler.

The Steelers haven't been a failure. The Steelers had a good season. They failed to win the Superbowl. Can you follow?

Do I need to point out some organizations that were failures for you?

If you recognize the Steelers as a failure then you are free to jump off the band wagon. See ya.

This was the worst **** job of all the years with Tomlin. 11-0 to eating **** in the wild card game. Got nothing to do with bandwagons.

Who are you intending to replace Tomlin with?

It's easy to fire people. Who's the replacement?

So far I've heard shottenheimer with dementia.

There were several issues that happened that were beyond the HC control. You are entitled to your opinion though.

The Steelers failed to win 5 out of the last 6 games including a playoff game because the coaching staff failed to change an offensive game plan that was obviously no longer working. Chase Young of the WFT made it very clear in his post game interview after the first loss, yet nothing was changed.
The Colts players were calling out the Steelers plays pre-snap in that game. If Ben didn't draw up plays in the huddle during the 2nd half, the Steelers lose that game too.
11-0 was smoke and mirrors. I stated it after the Ravens game, and I was right. If that makes me any less of a Steelers fan than you, so be it. I'm very comfortable in my fandom.

Campbell isn't interested in the NFL right now, I think he signed a contract extension recently.

Mike Tomlin has a massive habit of his teams not being prepared going into games. That is not a good coach. Not calling the right play at a certain time, your players not being able to cover another player. Those things he has no control over. But when you you have your players in the wrong positions year in and year out in several games during the year, that is not a good coach. Either he isnt smart enough to figure that out or he is lazy. Both play a part because he can't fix the simplest things like passing lanes for a ****ing 6'5 QB.

Most of these Tomlin replacements are more absurd than Tomlin actually leaving.

Wiz? really? 4-31 to finish his head coaching career. Popcorn would top that with a Jets team...smh

Urban is not a character that a Rooney would hire.

Belicheat? The guy who doesn't believe in building through the draft? Laughably anti-Steeler philosophy...fail

Hopefully Mikey leaves with Ben, he is one of the better head coaches currently but has peaked. Steelers need to change the bath water imo.
