Steelers are gonna have to draft QB at 24 and running back in the 2nd round. They will have to pick a QB that becomes a franchise QB. If not, the Steelers have zero chance of winning a Super Bowl with Mike Tomlin in charge. They might not have a chance even if he is a franchise QB. Steelers are so ****ed.

No one worth trading up for. BYU kid, Lance and Trask are the next best after Fields and Trevor.

we have a lot of needs and are going to be in cap hell.

I think we need every draft pick we have and can't afford to take a chance on moving up and reaching for a QB using our valuable picks.

Who we draft probably depends on Ben. If he decides to play we will probably draft an anchor on the offensive line. We need a runing back who can move the chains. Our cap space is going to be a problem. Its going to a rough year in terms of free agents. We will have to wait and see.

With the rest of the division looking like it will be tough, I don't see a way they win the division next year. As such, I blow it up. I'd consider trying to find a partner to trade our #1 2021 pick with and pick up their #1 in 2022. Jettison the salaries that are handicapping the team and start fresh in 2022. Essentially, I think I'm advocating for a year where the bottom falls out so they get a decent draft pick and Tomlin is shown the door.
Will that happen? Probably a better shot of me convincing Jeff Bezos to give me all his money.

If Landon Dickerson falls down to us because of his injury then we must take him. After the top four, maybe five with Mac Jones, QBs there is no one worth drafting. Rebuild the foundation

    Sure.

Two 1s though is the likely asking price. Bare minimum at that. No fewer than that.

Nope because he will get killed and probably destroy his Love for Football ...I am more of the QB is the final piece type of guy so we need a running game PA is a young QB'S friend ..So at least 2 OL are needed a young and good TE a young RB who can stay healthy a new OC a new scheme and then take a stab at a Franchise QB ...

I was big on Trask until his bowl game debacle. I understand he had less to work with because of the WR's opting out but when he did try and pass he stared down too many receivers and didn't scan the field at all. The DB's exposed him big time.

He turned into a fumble machine too, he can't protect the ball.

I understand he was down receivers but, I didn't like his demeanor, toughness, pocket presence...A lot of things!

We have two QBs. The priority need is the O-line. No QB would be successful with this O-line.

I don't know how they do anything other than QB with the 1st round pick. With any luck they can find a gem and hit the ground running without major drop off for several years of rebuilding.

I REALLY hope Trask is still there and the Steelers pull the trigger. I think this kid has a bright future in the NFL. He has size, a powerful arm and makes great decisions. Only thing he lacks is the speed to be a big scrambler, which I'm ok with, he's by no means a tree like Manning or anything. He reminds me a lot of Ben fresh out of college.

At 24 a franchise QB is not really available... I the same spirit... At 1, a franchise QB is stil a gamble. No need to trade for anything. Upgrade and patch holes. Lots of bags getting packed this go round I think. Time to look forward and try to upgrade best yinz can.

OMG is this really being said again? Mason was just fine in his Cleveland game. And guess what Mason played better with less talent on the field.

Idk everyone is saying a franchise QBs can't be found that late in a draft Lamar was pick 32. Brady was in the 6the , Brees 2nd round , Rogers #21? It might be difficult but u possibly could find one

Brady, Rodgers, Lamar and Brees are all outliers though. Those players have extreme cases that worked against them leading up to their drafts. Either way though, you are right.

That said, do you trust Randy Fichtner to be the guy calling the Offensive Plays for the heir apparent?!
