Browns and Ravens are both licking their chops.

You can't help but chuckle when you think about how there's a VERY good chance the Steelers finish 3rd in the AFCN after starting 11-0.

Not that I have researched thus far. For that matter, I know for a fact that has NEVER happened since the AFL/NFL Merger. In the 100+ year History of the NFL though?! I will have to get back to you on that one.

You really are bad at this. Ravens can’t finish ahead of the Steelers.

If it hasn't it pains me to say it most certainly has a good chance of happening this year. Browns are hot and the standard is the standard isn't fairing too well right now.

With the ravens yes but the browns stealing the division right now is very plausible.

C'mon Man! This is a JOKE! Yeah we're in the playoffs, but at this rate, it will only be for 60-minutes. There won't be an OT!

Our O-line is in shambles. We can't run block or pass block. Snell is a serviceable back, block for him! Too many things to fix and very little time to do it.

The defense is starting to waiver, which means our will to win hangs in the balance! This is due to significant injuries (LB's) and simply attrition on having no time to recoup/rest as the Off. goes 3 in out, it seems almost every series!

We don't win the special teams battle, so no points there. Just poor football play the last 3-games! I can tell you now, we're in trouble as the last 2-games will not be easy because INDY & the Browns have something to play for. Guess we'll have to see what team shows up. Wow! I thought this team was going to be special based on their start, but that old disease of cutting corners has raised its ugly head again.

It is full on panic mode at this point. We need to be beat the Colts in order win the division. Then we have to beat Cleveland in order to keep them out of the playoffs. We do not want to face Cleveland in the playoffs.

Not sure why anyone would be chuckling if they were a Steelers fan.

Given that you only show up when we lose, posting 18 threads a day, you’re really not that good a troll. Put some effort in Benny! Do the groundwork first!

Hey Mods, is there a way to limit the number of stupid posts a member can post in a week?

Not referencing any certain posts or members ..... just asking out of curiosity.

Belay that request. I've found out that he is a Browns troll. Can you send him back where the Browns belong?

The Browns will clinch playoff spot this weekend if
    Browns win vs the Jets
    And
Dolphins lose to the Raiders OR
Ravens lose to the Giants OR
    Colts lose to the Steelers

So if the Steelers and Browns win this weekend. Week 17 might not mean anything for both the Steelers and Browns

As depressed as I am I am enjoying the antics of a friend who loves his Browns. I imagine if the Pirates ever got good I'd be acting the same way.

Living out west, for the past month or so all I have been thinking about is the Seattle Mariners. They win a 115 games and get knocked out in the first round of the playoffs....
Keep playing like this and they won't have a chance in hell

But we would be deprived of your 137 posts a week about Tomlin and Fichtner.

In 1967, the Bal Colts were 11-0-2 going into their final game vs the LA Rams who were 10-1-2. Both were in the Coastal division. The Rams won, so both teams finished 11-1-2. The Rams won the division on a tiebreaker (head to head point differential). It was the first time a tiebreaker was used to decide a playoff spot, previously an extra game was used to break ties. Only division winners made the playoffs back then, so the Colts missed the post season.

The next week the Rams lost to Lombardi's Packers who went on to win SB II.

If I've said it once, I've said it a million times....it's never good to exaggerate.

If the race car is missing it's left rear wheel, and everyone stands around wondering why it can't win the race, I'm going to repeatedly point out that it's missing the left rear wheel.

I just got home from golfing with him and he is as excited as a little kid seeing Disney for the first time. And he could be the first person I ever saw wearing a Browns jersey. Just like I bought Ben's the year we drafted him, he bought Baker's the year the Browns drafted him. He is hoping for similar results.

I got bad news for him if he think Cleveland is winning it all with Mahomes in the AFC
