Ben can only change the plays based on the players Randy sends on the field. Tell me you thought it was a good idea to have Samuels in, spread out wide, with the game on the line.

Fitchner calls the offense like I play Madden. Find one play that works and keep on running it.

    Wanting to fire the OC?
I've been on this board for years and one thing is true:
Every year, regardless of record, regardless of who it is, there's always a campaign to fire the OC. Friend of Ben, enemy of Ben, pass oriented, run oriented, it matters not. FOCI!

    That’s every fan base. Universal.

Some probably deserve it, some don’t but wanting coaches fired will always be a part of every message board.

Don't worry he'll get an extension. Not like anyone else wants him.

There are talks that Doug Peterson won't be back as HC of the Eagles. If no one offers him another HC position, do whatever it takes to bring him in as OC/Assistant Coach

Big Al was getting torched all game and they gave him no help!

Defenses adjusted to our short game and we made no adjustment to the adjustment.

    Randy is clueless.

It's blatantly obvious I think at this point that Shaun Sarrett has no business being an NFL coach if this is the best he can get out of that O line.

Tomlin and Randy being buddies going back to college should have no impact on whether or not he keeps his job. If he sucks like he does now and is not doing a good enough job he needs replaced period. Randy is just a complete dunce. Listening to Randy talk he is just not very smart and has no ability or creativity to adjust on the fly and change things and get creative with this offense when things aren’t working. Randy and Tomlin seem to both have an attitude like “oh we are good enough and we will pull games out eventually and figure it out.” And guess what fellas that kind of answer doesn’t work and will not solve the problems.

Both Finchtner and Butler sound like complete dumbasses. And Tomlin he's had so much regular season success and tenure that he doesn't feel like he needs to improve his skills. And when you have an ownership that enables that attitude. That's a problem.

I'm sure they would ask Ben what do you want to do and he'd say bring Randy back, I wouldn't get along with Pederson.

Fichtner was on the edge at the end of last season. They did not extend his contract which said a lot. The only thing that saved him was his relationship with Roethlisberger. This made some sense while trying to milk another year or two out of Roethlisberger.

At the end of this season Fichtner will not have a contract and his relationship with Roethlisberger will only count when they are out golfing.

I hope you're right, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's back here again next year.

Last couple games and we could achieve what we thought the impossible! ---->

    2019 ayp 4.7
    2020 ayp 5.0

So with ZERO offense last year, we are now 0.3 better!!! What remained the same from last year? some very poor coaching

Unfortunately, I don’t think any of us would be surprised.
