Yes because Ben throws the ball too quickly too regularly and defenders are looking for it to be out quick. What needs to happen is Ben has to not always fire it out quick, pump fake the short quick throw reasonably often, then hit a receiver intermediate range often enough to keep the defenses honest.

Problem is O-line is at it`s worst right now pass protecting and Ben doesn`t want contact. He does not say it but I think he has lost confidence in the O-line and there is reason for that. So we are stuck with too much dink and dunk. Some teams have the personnel to pass rush and hang with the receivers a couple seconds and that combo is bad for us.

Trying, but hard to do.. I feel with how things have gone over the past month that its like I am in an airplane flying at a high altitude that just lost power. Not sure the power can be restored before its too late, and don't want to think about if it can't.

 

We have some issues but time to get them fixed. We'll need the offense to play at its best in January.
