Watching last night's MNF game was a real treat. Browns and Ravens had it all....namely OFFENSE.

More rushing TDs were scored last night in that game than the Steelers have scored all season.

More rushing yards were compiled in last night's game than every runner on the Steelers combined for the season, excluding Conner.

More points were scored in last night's game than the Steelers have scored in the last 4 games combined.

So refreshing to see 2 offenses not struggle to gain a first down, and to actually light up the scoreboard. So much more fun to watch.

We may have clinched a playoff spot but I think both the Browns and Ravens would have a better shot than the Steelers to win a playoff game this year.

Don't get me wrong. I like defense too, but you can't win many playoff games in today's NFL when you're in the fight of your life to score 14 points.

Hey just remember there was two games earlier in the season where we beat those two teams. With a majority of the guys playing last night.

    Browns didn't have Chubb

Ravens did have Jackson for the 1st match up in Baltimore.

Steelers offense was clicking then, and defense wasn't as banged up.

Last night proves that Tomlin is totally correct about fearing Tucker, he just doesn't miss.

That 55 yarder would of been good to almost 65.

You can if your defense makes the other team fight for their lives to score 13

Also a bit of an indictment of both defences.

baker mayfield has a gun for an arm. Like Ben used to have. Great velocity. He's also mobile. Can roll out if needed. Ben? not so much. Ben appears to be a statue in the pocket. Will simply stand there and take a sack if it comes to that. It's time for him to hang it up. Maybe after we beat the Bengals he can be rested. Then we can watch the titillating performances of RUDOLPH!!!!! or Hodges! Man what a treat that will be. ugh

I have a hard time seeing the Steelers D (especially given the multitude of injuries) holding a team like
Hodges isn't on the roster. It would be Dobbs.

Defense is good, but i dont like watching a game where we constantly make average or worse defenses look like the 85 bears cause our offense cant play and is not prepared and lacks any real game plan.

The run that game is getting is a joke! The only thing that game had was some last minute excitement.

    A ton of points......yipeee.....

    There was zero defense.

There were a ton of penalties.

    Mayfield is a liability.

Jackson came from behind for the first time.......yipeeeee..... he's great again!

The media is trying to pump some juice into two over-rated teams.

Mayfield was playing with bad ribs in the first game, he had nothing on the ball.

That game is why they changed the rules to favor the O. The majority of NFL fans want what happened last night. Now as a product of Steeler 70's football I'll take smash mouth defense all day long but know I'm a minority.

Originating from Scotland, I knew the sum total of zero about the game. When I decided to make the effort to get into it, it was the year before our first SB and, along with one or two non-football related reasons, the defence was one of them decided me on Pittsburgh as the side I would follow. Back in those days I was never too upset when we gave up the football 'cause I KNEW who/what was up next.

As for some of the bitching on here, they've given me few reasons to regret my decision. How many teams have reached 8 SB's and came out on top in 75% of them.
I can't be arsed googling the number of AFC Championships. Some of those turned out to be "gutters", true, but if there are Steeler haters out there, they have good reason.
    Kinda digressed here. :(

That game looked like a BIG XII game, defense is optional.

So you're the guy who said, "And I would roll 500 miles and I would roll 500 more" to see the Steelers:) That song and Trainspotting are my two favorite reasons to love Scotland.;) As a young man I did love your lasses and the Edinburgh castle was one of the most amazing places I've ever been.

Edinburgh is my home town and go home every year 'tho not this one down to Corona.
    As for the second bit;
    1) Proclaimers; Hibs' fans, and having supported Hearts all my life, a no-go.
    2) Trainspotting; written by Irvine Welsh, another one of "them" so the same applies.

You can't accuse me of holding petty grudges.
