It was bad mechanics. Collinsworth was right. He threw it flat-footed.

not this week. i mean even after the philly game when he originally got hurt he said he was fine. No choice other than to play through it at this point or hang em up. Let's face it he isn't mobile at all anymore. all he can do is step up and get rid of it at this point

Pick a running back ,and stick with him..Conner should be your best option, but he fumbles and he's soft. Shell should be your next option..I really don't wanna see samuels on the field..The other two can catch the ball out of the backfield just as well and maybe that catches the defense off gaurd

Ben normally doesn't hide an injury, it's usually big news.
Conner and Pouncey were back, if Ben's hurt then run the ball. Try to establish a run at least.

The score was 9-7 at halftime, that's not why they lost the game, because they didn't be more aggressive with 52 seconds left.

Was loving it for that 5 minute stretch in the first half where the Ben was under center and they were mixing it up with the Run and Pass.

Just seeing anything that resembled a competent run game was a sight for sore eyes. It was fleeting though.

Iknow, they lost the damn game because they let the Bills march down the field twice and score in the 3rd qtr, Im not putting the loss on the D but they did come out flat in the second half...................And being agressive is not a bad thing

On the second half INT, Washington had a step on the DB. Ben was late seeing it and couldn't muster up enough to sling it down the field

The defense was probably gassed, the offense couldn't sustain drives, they were 1/10 on third downs.

    I know that.

My whole point was the NFL already whacked the schedule up, might as well do us a favor.
This game isn’t what the Tv Network was expecting.

Yea I didn’t like it at all. You don’t waste possessions like they did for those 52 seconds and just concede going into the half down 2 points. I thought the clock management tonight overall was horrible.

Ben is essentially duck/Mason. Can’t hit deep or the middle

People say open up the offense with what, Ben cannot throw the ball downfield every time he throws it deep it is ridiculously under thrown.
Can t remember the last time BEN threw it deep and lead the WR to catch it in stride. It is so obvious the deep threat just isn't there every defense knows it.
No play action, no running game, no deep threat we will see 8 man fronts for the next three games and the one playoff game.

As bad as it was to not try to get a field goal at the end of the half by wasting 1:02 on the clock it was just as bad to use the time outs at the end of the game again with 1:02 just to force the Bills to run a few more plays and beat on our Dline a little more. Down by 11 with a minute left what's the freaking point.
Is not not breaking the coaches golden rule if you leave a TO on the board you gave up. With what we had seen up to that point even if the Bills fumbled does anyone think we could of scored a TD got the two point conversion then executed a perfect onside kick and move the ball again and kick a field goal.
It was taking us 3 minutes to move the ball 30 yds with 8 plays.

I have rooted for Ben for his entire career but his lack of arm strength forces us into this dead end offense.

A few years ago we had Ben,Bell,AB and an Oline in their prime ( before they both went insane with greed) and the defense sucked.
Now we have an old weak armed QB with an old can't seem to block Oline and the defense when healthy is great.

We need to replace Ben next year not with a rookie we won't draft high enough, but find a decent backup or a starter that has fallen out of favor. Then draft offensive linemen with the first two picks and a RB in the third.

Problem is I don't see Ben walking away from 30 mill.

Why not trade our 2022 first round pick and maybe 1-2 late round picks to move up 10-15 spots in 2021 if a QB is there we like , more than likely we will be picking in the mid 20"s again in 2021

Yeah, his knees are shot. He's not getting under center and he's not using play action, because of his knees. Every defense knows this.

In better news, the grandson has officially arrived!

For obvious privacy reasons, I won't list his surname. But your Pittsburgh Steelers QB in 23-24 years will be named Liam. ;)

I said it before he's never gonna win at his age so what's the point? Giving him that extension a couple years back was a big mistake. Shoulda moved onto either a serious drafted QB or a free agent.

Did they pick that name because the guy at halftime was named Liam?
