Another terrible game

The coaching staff needs a come to Jesus talk by Tomlin. I don’t think that will happen. So IMO when we get to the playoffs and play like this it will be one and done. We never make adjustments for the second half. TheBills sure did. Pitiful.

My prediction, and I hope I am wrong, but I believe we will lost against the Browns and the Colts finishing at 12-4.

 

should we change our name to the pittsburgh 3 & outs? or the pittsburgh norun game or the pittsburgh pretenders or the pittsburgh tomlinsuks team

 

1 & done in the playoffs. What team wouldn't destroy this pitiful offense. Thankfully Bellidik won't crush Mike again. What a great draw for anyone making the playoffs. JV Frosh Soph. Can we play the NFC Least again next year to make our fans think we're decent.

They got a lot of regrouping to do these last 3 weeks to finish this season or this is gonna be another quick playoff exit. The coaching these last 2 weeks especially in the 2nd half has not been good at all. Nobody has any idea what the **** is going on it seems like.

 

Chuckie fired his defensive coordinator after the loss today, never see that happen in Pittsburgh.

 

this predictable offense everyone is catching on to. and everyone is right big ben can't throw deep anymore and no run game added on top. our defense is left out hanging like usual. why can't we open holes the few times we run even with extra lineman.

 

Tomlin is the problem. He is the freaking head coach and his staff reflects what he wants done. His staff is a reflection of him. All his BS empty talk about players who can't catch will be replaced by players who can. First thing we do is drop more passes by the same players. Enough of this crap. Even on the opening kickoff we get jacked at about the 10 yard line. This machine is broken in every gear. Wait until we lose to the Bungels as we continue to play like a horrible high school team. Then what? Rant ending but I could go on for a lot more.

 

I think we already peaked and are on the downside of the year.

 

Runs from shotgun have no chance of getting up to speed before the Oline has began to shift off dbl teams and into the 2nd level leaving a gapping hole that defenders just shoot through.

 

Hey coach of the year, how bout taking your team aside and firing them up.

Tomlin looks out of it and disinterested.

 

We have personnel problems on offense... we have no #1 WR. Washington has zero balls skills , that last int was his fault. Johnson is horrible as well. Both are backups. Their effort and ball skills are atrocious , no ability to block the defender out and defenders routinely beat them to the ball. We all know about the hands .

Juju is solid but easily covered. Claypool seems to have hit the rookie wall as he has shown no progress at all. He has to tools imo and should be good but he has plenty to improve.

Running game is a disaster. Gotta be a combination of players and coaching issues. Our rb’s aren't good, but they aint that bad. Same goes for our o-line so thinking everyone is the problem here.

the defense imo was surprisingly good given the injuries. We fell apart in the 3 rd quarter (2 games in a row w/ no good adjustments) and then quit in the 4th ... or ran out of gas .

 

I just Hope TOMLIN rides Bens coat tails when Ben leaves

 

Or how about having an identity? Sports guys brought up some good points. Tomlin coaches too much by the seat of his pants imo. You need a run game. I know Ben wants to do everything but too bad. Compare to Cowher who demanded you run x amount of plays. Tomlin needs to stop trying to be everyone's friend.

 

With a different HC you would. Tomlin can do what he wants and Art will rubber stamp it.

 

Can't expect adjustment at the half in 20 minutes when the plan that was developed with days of preparation is so pitiful at the beginning of the game.
