Fitchner has GOT TO GO! Like NOW mid-season I don't care. We are just NOT using our personnel effectively. Snell doesn't get a chance to show how he can run the ball... Claypool doesn't get a chance to make big plays... and Ben keeps dinking and dunking throwing dangerous passes when it is CLEAR that things go MUCH better when he holds on to the ball and lets a play develop. So mad right now.

 

No, thats what happens when the play calling only calls for routes to be 2-8 yards down field. You have to throw flat to get it there.

 

They are not. The chiefs are in a class of their own right now compared to everyone else.

 

He's been throwing right into DL's all season long and I have no explanation for it. Ben is a big man. I'm trying to understand what would cause that all of a sudden and I've got nothing

Not a thing. It was a well thought out game plan. Balance of run and pass. Great defensive scheme as well.

Please enlighten me WHY Steeler "fans" feel the need to laugh and poke fun of the very team they support? I never understand that.

It's just not going to happen. Fitchner is Ben's choice. He hated Haley and now has a guy he likes. Also not really the Steelers style to fire a coach when they're 11-1, even if it is the right thing to do

You're absolutely right. This is our team anytime, not only when they win. They played absolutely horrible today, but they will forever be my team.

 

Sure but maybe that's part of the difference.... he's been doing a lot more quick throws this year.

 

It's really not hard to understand when you watch the play calling. If you're not throwing down field your throws come out flat if they're going to have any zip on them at all.

 

It really annoys me that year after year we have to stick with the same mediocre assistants because Tomlin is friends with them.

Who knows if we win against the Bills but I'm guessing we play better than tonight. These boys better be pissed about this. It was a pretty easy win and they decided not to execute.
