The ref almost swallowed his whistle trying to make excuses why it was legit.

 

We just need to take care of business in the 2nd half and all will be good. Score on offense like we should and stop them on the defense side. We got this, Go Steelers.

The refs claimed it was because something happened that needed to be corrected. The problem is that Alex Smith took the ball off the field, so it wasn't administrative and should have been a delay of game.
