Don't take this bunch lightly. So let's get down to some hearty football and food. Lower sodium chili here. We shall see. Might have to add some salt. Shhhhhhh, don't tell my wife or Dr.. ;)

    Hunan beef and broccoli.

I make a stir fry oil out of dried Kung pao peppers, ginger, garlic and peanut oil. Cooked strained and bottled.

Isn't the game Monday? I can't plan that far ahead. Making chili right now. Maybe leftovers or chili cheese dogs.

Unless I go to the grocery store today its going to be hotdog and macaroni tacos with a hodgepodge of leftover beers in the fridge. There's single cans of like 8 or 9 different beers in there.

You can make that beer mix sound a lot fancier by calling it a “beer tasting flight”

Not from scratch but close. I bought the outer wraps and rolled them with my ingredients inside. Some were pork, some were shrimp/squid, some were veggie, all precooked. I fried most of them but the oil infiltrated the outside, making them way too greasy. Because of that, I put a few of the unfried ones on the indoor grill and the were much better. I screwed up the pork fried rice too.

I do good stir fry and 'sushi', but that's about the extent of my Asian cuisine.
We leave the rest in the hands of professionals, how can a billion and a half people be wrong...

My son is home from college so I'm making another slow-cooked pork shoulder, but the whole shoulder this time.
The pork has been so cheap lately, how can I afford not to...

Monday late afternoon football keeping it simple - Homemade Polish Golabkis with crusty bread and butter. Nice Chianti with it should be just fine.

I have to wait until She tells me what she feels like for dinner. Lemon-Garlic Chicken, Au Gratin Potatoes, Sauteed Spinach. Maybe Godiva Chocolate Pudding for dessert. Depends on if we're up at halftime.

Doing an oven baked cauliflower “steak” drizzled with olive oil and paired with faux bacon made from seaweed and kale flakes.

peeling 4 whole potato skins to compliment this dish.

Cauliflower steak with 4skins. Pretty delicious if you ask me lol
