10-0 Good News Bad News

    The good news is the Steelers are 10-0. The "bad news" is 15 NFL teams in the Super Bowl era have gone 10-0 or better to start their season. Only five of them have won the Super Bowl.

    1972 17-0 17-0 Dolphins
    1985 12-0 18-1 Bears
    1990 10-0 16-3 Giants
    1991 11-0 17-2 Redskins
    1998 13-0 17-2 Broncos

    Saints started 9-0, not 10-0 as the Steelers currently are.

    They started 9-0, then 10-0, then 11-0, then 12-0, and finally 13-0 before finally losing at home to Dallas.

    But hey, your bolded, big, blue font sure looked all official-like.
