Since this is a food post hopefully the Steelers related police don’t arrest me.

Years ago I had a summer cottage with a garden. A friend gave me a recipe for Tabasco sauce. I bought Tabasco pepper seeds and grew a lot of them. I mashed them in a crock like sauerkraut. I did everything else with the vinegar and salt. The day came to cook it and bottle it. Friends came to help. I started cooking. It was like chemical warfare. The fumes drove us out of the cottage.

I texted my friend. He responded:

“You don’t cook that in your house”.

 

I don't cook mine but, when you put it in the blender, you'd better hold your breath!
