Below is the current AFC ranking down through the Raiders, representing the 9 teams which have a chance of making the playoffs.

Assuming the playoff picture stays at 7 teams per conference, who do you see moving up in the standings and who do you see moving down in the standings?

I see the Dolphins and Raiders moving up, and the Titans, Browns, and Colts moving down. I think the Colts and the Browns are the two teams on this list which miss the playoffs.

Feel free to predict where the Steelers finish.....I say they stay at #1.

    AFC West: Chiefs (14-2)
    AFC North: Steelers (14-2)
    AFC East: Bills (12-4)
    AFC South: Titans (11-5)
    Ravens (12-4)
    Colts (10-6)
    Browns (10-6)

    Dolphins (9-7)
    Raiders (9-7)

I love the Dolphins defense but it's hard to rely on a rookie quarterback still finding his way after an injury; the Raiders and Colts are interchangeable to me but I love the Colts defense, and the Browns should figure it out once Chubb is back.

I agree, but the dolphins schedule down the stretch is very favorable. The more Tua plays the more teams will be able to plan for him, he will make rookie mistakes as well. That said they are young and are really starting to believe, the hardest games they play Chiefs and Bills (they list by a FG in the first game), and Raiders. With their D even that Chiefs game is winnable. 9-7 is certainly a safe projection, but they really could surprise get a w/c spot. The Bills schedule is he 2nd half seems easier, but they have been streaky. Does Allen show up in every game? I think it is there division to lose, but Miami could be a spoiler, and a very dangerous opponent in the p/o;s should they get there.

I'm praying the Chiefs finish 13-3 (losses to Bucs and Saints) and we finish 14-2 (Ravens & Bills)

Sadly, I see the Chiefs beating both NFC teams but it's my hope also.

Chiefs will get the 1 seed. Steelers will fall anywhere between 2-4, IMO. Chiefs are more consistent on O and D than the Steelers.

That's really optimistic of you, predicting that they are going to win the division.

After a few weeks into season I predicted the AFC North would have 3 of the 7 Playoff teams. I still think there is a good chance of it.

Say the mistake by the lake beats the Texans, Jags, Giants, and Jets.

They also play the Eagles, Titans, Ravens, and Steelers.

So, I would say 6-2 is a very far stretch. 5-3 is even a tough call.

They should finish 4-4, problem is, they just lost to the Raiders. That game might prove to be a tiebreaker for them. Obviously, I'd love to see them beat the Ravens.

I think the Steelers finish 15-1 loss to the Bills if I had to predict, and the Chiefs lose to either the Bucs or Saints on the road and finish at 14-2. Steelers will hold off the Chiefs for homefield and the overall number 1 seed.

The Chiefs gave up 40 points to the Raiders at home and lost, they also gave up over 30 points to Carolina.

Steelers will somehow lose all the remaining games and that’s how we end out the 2020 football year lol.

I thought it was because the discussion was about AFC and you responded with power rankings that included NFC teams. But I digress.
