Hopefully all players are fine and healthy. Steelers need to prepare that someone else is starting this week. Why is Dobbs not the option over Mason is he hurt am I missing something?

 

FYI, the list is used both for personnel testing positive and personnel being in some form of contact with someone who may have tested positive. a lot of players across the league have been placed on it as a precaution, including matthew stafford (twice) and currently baker mayfield.. stafford was placed on it about the same time last week and played and mayfield will be taken off in a day or two. it's precautionary.

 

I'm really sad at the moment.

I was thinking the same thing BBH. Better to get this out of our system now then in January.

 

Being undefeated really means nothing in the end but it is funny to see people holding their breathe week after week wanting us to lose.

 

I'll wait while the NFL screws over other team schedules to accommodate the Steelers now.

 

Yea I'd rather it happen with an 8-0 record and 2 game lead with the second game against the Ravens 2 weeks away

Should know by Friday if they are good to go. Think if Mason has a week to prepare he can do better than last week. Defense, especially the dbacks and the pass rush, are going to have to bring their A games.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work like that. Just because we get a scare this week does not prevent a scare in January.

Seriously, it’s a precautionary measure. Better that this happens now rather than during the playoffs or during a must-win game (although it doesn’t prevent that from happening then as well).

 

Go ..If we intend to start Mason then just forfeit and take a bye week and rest up...

 

Let’s be Frank here, Dallas almost beat us with a guy that played for a Team called the “Apollo’s”! No reason why we should not be able to beat Bengals at home with Dobbs or Mason at QB and a whole week to prepare. I have my fingers crossed that no one else on the Team will be effected. We have a great Defense and plenty of Athletes on Offense. Tomlin and Fichtner will need to earn their paycheck and actually game plan and coach this week.

 

Additional time is not going to help. Just look at last year.
