Tomlin should see this and not allow it to happen but with that being said, let’s look at the facts:

    1. Third straight week on the road (thanks Titans & NFL)
    2. 14.5 points Dogs
    3. Just beat our arch rival at their house
    4. Guys boarding the plane yesterday in cowboy hats and handkerchiefs (like outlaws)
    5. Dallas lying in wait and pulling out Gadget plays
    6. Frankly Pittsburgh did not take this game serious and if they did, we have a bigger problem

Hopefully home cooking and an AFC North opponent can refocus this team. They need to understand being the only undefeated team they have a bullseye on their back every week. The upside in all of this is we are 8-0 and have yet to play a complete game of football.

FFFFFF the Titans. The injuries are adding up and there's no doubt that it's due to the Steelers not having a true bye week.

Your telling me the Steelers almost got beat by a trash can of a team because they didn't take them seriously? What a f****** shocker

The team is tired and beat up. We are due a loss soon but I really, really did not want that to be against Dallas.

Yea I expect them to play much better next week against the Bengals and take care of business at home. This team isn’t having any Tomlin specials this year it’s a special season and I don’t see it happening. If it didn’t happen today then I doubt it happens the remainder of the season.

This team will lose to one of these next 3 games. I prefer not the ravens and jags I don’t like them either. Burrow seems like a nice dude. Team is exhausted

History not on the side of these big undefeated streak teams. Just saying...

I don’t mind losing a game here or there

When I was finally able to find somewhere to reliably stream the game (msg me if have been looking for decent stream) I was actually not too surprised at the Cowboys being up two possessions and having possession of the ball... The whole trap game idea can be annoying at times because it is far too often used as an excuse but then again as far as I know there are not any hard and fast rules about what constitutes a trap game. I did believe we would before and during the game but I just knew it in my gut it was going to be a clencher. The Steelers never disappoint in causing its fans anxiety.

I could see the Jags finally knocking us off... it feels like they have been the one's to humble us in the past. Although I would never hope the Steelers ever lose a game, I will admit if we did lose to them I would feel some sort of relief. You can just get the sense that being undefeated is taking some kind of toll on the guys and its just wearing them out a bit quicker than usual.

What about making the Steelers change their entire team and practice schedules around because some player on another team tested positive for Covid?

I agree the jags could be the ones. It feels like a loss is coming, but I agree with the OP the fact that we're not winning these trap games is a good sign.

Dallas turned up to play - ultimately it was their undoing, esp on the last play with the unnecessary roughness and the rouging the passer.

A loss is likely. And if we get beat by a team that hit on all cylinders that day, I'm okay with it. If we beat ourselves, I'm not.

Yesterday was close, Dallas played a very good game and I give them credit!

If Futchner could be put on the MUC (Mentally Unable to Coach) we would have a chance at 16-0

I think fans look at their team one way and the rest of the teams in a totally different way. I call it Steeler myopia in our case. We will pick out every little flaw in Steelers, but ignore it, or at least gloss over it, when it comes to other teams. Look at what happened to both KC and Tampa yesterday. Does anyone here think they are seriously flawed teams with idiot coaching? Hell, in the case of Tampa it's even more unforgiveable because it's an important division rival. It happens to every team.

Team is tired??? I don't buy it. At this point of the year all the teams are starting to feel it. It's not just the Steelers. Every team goes through highs and lows. Sometimes you just can't figure the NFL. One week you have Raiders beating the media's darling Cheifs then the next week getting blown out by the Bucs....then the Bucs get absolutely destroyed by the Saints who in turn crushed the Raiders.

How about we anoint Joe Burrow as President once he and the Bengals actually do something.

    Tampa...:roflmao:
    That pass to Gronk...:roflmao:
Tampa fan vibe, "it didn't end well"...:roflmao:
Guess they are preparing themselves for what's coming.

AB will be looking for a better qb next year.

I think the travel caught up, traveling 3 straight weeks and winning all those games is a big feat. Regardless of who you play.
