Injury Updates

I'm not sure if it's just how you worded it, but to be clear, I haven't seen any report indicating that McDonald has Covid. At this point, it's an illness.

Vance is my man for sure. I am waiting for his break-out game. Something like five catches, seventy-five yards and two touchdowns. James Washington as well is due his. This is the "issue" per se (not really an issue) as I have stated back in the Summer and pre-season. We have so many weapons on the Offense. A few games ago I had to ask if JuJu had played because there was not much noise about him. He did. He just was not getting the ball that much on that day. Now the last two games he has re-surfaced in a big way.

On a JuJu side note, I love how he fights for yards after the catch. He is one tough guy. Great effort and realizes the importance of that effort.

I think that the way it is now for the number of touches that each player gets is just going to have be accepted by the team and everyone here. You know, the old adage: "There is not enough balls to go around". Nonetheless, it does seem to be accepted by all. However, that is okay. Because when players like Vance and Washington get forgot about, is right about then when their turns are probably coming. This is beautiful. The opposing defenses cannot cover them all. Ben and Randy are doing a great job in spreading it around. What is also great is that there seems to be no egos about this. This falls under the category of "Team Chemistry" which seems that we have going on very well right now.

If he had Covid it would be reported and he would go into quarantine.

There is no reason to believe McDonald’s illness is coronavirus-related. If it was, the Steelers would be required by the NFL to put him on the reserve/covid-19 list.

 

It’s not Covid? I figured every illness is Covid now it’s the new flu. I only know of two illnesses either being hung over from drinking or a cold/flu/Covid. Maybe he was hungover?

He tested negative on Friday therefore at that point he didn’t have COVID. Therefore you were wrong.

 

Pittsburgh announced that it learned Monday morning one of its players tested positive for COVID-19. The player was immediately quarantined and was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Now watch the blind squirrel try to use this to dig his way out of the hole.
