This Titans team beat patriots ravens and almost chiefs in the playoffs. They are good for a reason and we just won

I don't get too verbal during the games anymore. Following the game here has all but eliminated that. I started b!tching a bit after the PI on that last Steeler drive and the wife came in to ask if I was trying to set my defibrillator off, lmao!

My wife refused to watch the last 2 minutes of the game. She was sure we were going to lose. There is NO bigger steeler fan than my wife. I'm glad they won because she is NEVER in a good mood when they lose

In case you missed it, the Steelers lost the turnover battle in a close game against good team, on the road even....and still won. That is what GREAT teams do! Some here will reluctantly follow along checking the 'tire pressure' and demanding a new 'paint job'. I'm going to enjoy the ride!!!

Allowing this team back is inexcusable. Had them dead to rights. This is the concern. 6-0 is sweet as sugar. But hopefully the sugar bowl is not filled with salt.

Tennessee has made a living coming back like this. Also made a living on getting lucky bounces.

We survived. And SBs are not won or lost in October.

We also had a minus 3 turnover ratio AND still beat a 5-0 team in their house.

Love the win, but offense took the 2nd half off. Fitzpatrick blew chunks. Dude got burned...bad. Steelers need to beat Ravens before I believe.

Many flaws on O and D. Titans crappy D owned Steelers offense in 2nd half.

Some feel its best to always predict a loss and demand more. They feel it makes them appear smart. Odds are they will be right occasionally, then they say they were right all along. I learned long ago its better to enjoy the many many wins than to feel 'smart' during losses. But hey, I'm a PROUD STEELERS HOMER!

Ravens should be easier on the defense imo.

Cmon man this team is great. 2005 and 2008 teams went 11/5 /12-4. Look at our remaining schedule

Exactly. Those games happen to all players. I remember Woodson getting torched by the Packers but he didn't stink... Just a bad game.

Not surprised Heinz. Titans are better than the Ravens overall. We are better than the Titans. Doesn't mean too much for next week. I agree the offense will have to play better especially Ben because I think they focus on stopping Conner. They may not be able to handle Ebron with that approach.

We can beat the Ratbirds. Don`t know that we will, but we are good enough to beat them.

Having said that, if that was KC we were playing today and we were up the same score at the half, I`m pretty sure we would have blown the game in the second half if we played it the same way.

That's the nature of sports. Every team has flaws. At the end of the day it isn't people's perceptions about teams. It's about how well the Steelers or other teams play regardless of flaws.

I'll agree that Fitzpatrick was dreadful in this game. Yes, the offense as a whole wasn't good in the second half. But, despite the outcome of it, that last offensive drive very well may have deprived Tennessee of an extra possession. Ben's questionable read to force the ball to JuJu in the end zone resulted in the worst possible outcome for the good guys. It's all water over the dam. My biggest complaints with the offense were that they should have run the ball more in the second half and gotten more creative in getting Claypoole more touches.
