1.) Minkah's Pick Six To Start the Cleveland Browns Contest:

While it did just happen, that play is a constant reminder of why Mike Tomlin and Kevin Colbert made the move to acquire Minkah. Minkah Fitzpatrick singlehandedly transformed Pittsburgh's Defense back into a dominant force. Without Minkah, who knows how that Cleveland game looks?! For that matter, who knows how this defense would look!?!?!?!

2.) Chase Claypool's Tip Toe Catch Against the New York Football Giants:

For some, it was a great catch. For me, it will mark the beginning of a very good, if not great, career for Mapletron. Yes, it was just one catch. That said, what Claypool did to get that catch is what stuck out to me.

3.) Kevin Dotson's Pull Assignment Against the Philadelphia Eagles:

He still may be a Rookie but, like Claypool, Dotson is definitley ready to be a contributing factor right away. The fact that he did pull on a 3rd and manageable (I believe) against Philly showed me that the Coaching Staff also has enough trust to allow him to move in space and make the necessary blocks needed. If he is capable of that right now, think of what he can do for the team in the future.

Many, many more plays I assure you. That said, these three stick to mind for me. All of these plays stick with me more than the others due to the fact that these are not just impact plays based on the player. They are highlight worthy because it demonstrates that those impact plays have had a huge effect for the team in those respective games.

    1. Claypool's 84 yd touchdown. Welcome to the NFL.
    2. Terrell Edmunds sack to seal the win in Denver. Only game where we had a chance to lose in the final quarter.
    3. Minkah's Pick 6.

Always appreciate how you include the 'big uglies' in your observations. How many would see, let alone put in a top play from a rookie G.

Edmunds untouched sack of the qb. I'm rooting for the weak link & he didn't hesitate & screw it up.

Heyward planting Mayfield into the ground. I just really liked it.

Dotson pulling & road grading. Love this guy.

As hard of a hit as one could make on a Quarterback in today’s game without getting flagged. Very satisfying..

    1) Chase Claypool's long TD vs Broncos. He showed right away he had the tools.

    2) Tuitt's sack and reaction vs Texans. Woke up the whole defense in that game.

    3) Minkah's INT TD. He hadnt been targeted much this season but that play set the tone for the rest of the game.

Honorable Mentions: Cam's INT vs Giants.

    1) Mapletron's redzone td out of the diamond-bunch formation. Executed brilliantly (minus the early block that could have gotten it called back), drawn up brilliantly, and called at the perfect time.

    2) Mapletron's 84 yard coming out party.

    3) The sacks. I don't care which one.

I always have had appreciation for the big men up front! Heck, even back during my very first season watching the Steelers back in 2008; along with Troy, those Offensive Lineman I payed close attention to. That said, that groups Offensive Line was..... not very good to say the least. :lolol:

Guess you could say I received a full crash course on what a bad Offensive Line looks like vs what a good one does!
