Never gave up on Bud, lot of talent there. We all knew he was raw coming out, I expected him to take a while to get going, just not 4 years.

Now that he’s arrived, need to keep him here. Hopefully he’s not super unreasonable with his contract demands.

You have to love his motor.

He and Watt make excellent bookends. I know it's probably unrealistic, but we need to keep them together.

I never gave up on Bud either. But there was a point a couple of seasons ago, that I thought he had peaked, and that his peak was mediocre. Happy to be wrong on that one.

Still love Juju. Unlike AB, he's a team player and isn't whining when he doesn't get the ball as much. He had a great post last week congratulating the team on a great team win, instead of complaining like AB used to do.

Bud's playing proverbial "lights out"! Think it started around mid-way through last season.
Doesn't hurt to have TJ over on the other side, right enough.

Dupree has improved and finally after he is blown out of the play he doesn't stop and stand there. Still needs to be more consistent but as a doubter he has been a pleasant surprise.

Some team will overpay for his services and it won't be the Steelers so hopefully he continues to improve while he is here and keep helping the cause.

He is a force. Would love if they could keep the duo together but this is likely Buds last season unfortunately.

Kudos to James Conner as well. He is quietly having a good season. If you take away the giants game where he left early he has gone for 100 yards in three out of the four games and he is getting in for scores too.

He's playing how he was touted in the draft. Some just need more time.

There is a different look in his eye! He looks like he gets it and he looks hungry.

I never gave up on Bud, but I never got down on him either. I only wish he had blossomed sooner. Some guys take longer. I just turned 50, and I'm still waiting to blossom!

Good to see you, Jim! Hope everything is well, I know these are probably trying times for you.

At least the Steelers are 5-0!

I've been a fan of his since they drafted him but but was seriously concerned for the first 3 years. Year 4 he started putting it together with Watt bookending. They're great compliments to each other. Need to keep them together somehow.

I was one of his biggest critics his first 3 1/2 years. But now his is playing 10 times better and has the look that he gets it. Wish we could find a way to keep him. Keep up the good work Bud.

I always liked Bud personally. If anything, he was off to a great start in 2016 until he got injured. That set him back a bit.

Thnakfully though, he has now put it all together. Could not have come at a better time. Bud Dupree is arguably the most freakish 3-4 OLB in the game.

Only ones that are better in my opinion as of now are Khalil Mack and Jadeveon Clowney. Clowney still has that legendary first step and Mack is just unimaginable in terms of strength, leverage and power.

I stated in the off season that Bud would need to average 1 sack per game to be worth the money he was being paid(imo). I think he's currently on pace to do it.

Athletically speaking. Never said anything about all around skillset. T.J. Watt is in a class of his own as a 3-4 Rush Linebacker.
