    MCL and LCL tears are usually lateral. ACL can actually be torn from anything, but the LCL and MCL protect the ACL to a significant degree.

    That is what I said!!! UG3 has the speed as well. Not Devin Bush speed but pretty close overall.



    That said, Robert Spillane is doing very good right now.

    The good old days when we didn't wear helmets on our bike and got busted up jumping them off of home made ramps. Still have scars from sled riding accidents as well.
