    As expected.

I expected no less. As I said before the season began, losing Earl Thomas would impact that secondary in a big way. That loss is being magnified by Baltimore's inability to cover Tight Ends.

Add the fact that Tavon Young is out for the year and that compounds the issue even more.

Why the hell would anyone not just kick deep for the touchback when up 10?

Butker is not having a good game clearly. That has to improve for the Chiefs to win.

Is it crazy to think chiefs have a better defense than us?

    Yes.

I do not see it honestly. Lamar is a transcendent athletic QB but only a good thrower of the Football. Until his arm catches up with his athletic ability, expect teams like Kansas City to expose him like this.

Keep in mind that Pittsburgh chewed Lamars rear end the first time he came into Pittsburgh. This time though WILL BE DIFFERENT. :herewego:

It is but it also is not.

A number of factors I look to. Turnovers, sacks, 3rd Down Conversion Rate, 4th Down Conversion Rate, Red Zone Percentage, Rush Yards Per Carry, Pass Yards Per Attempt, Rush Attempts Total, Pass Attempts Total, Snaps Played Per Drive, etc.

Quite a bit. Points is the most critical but quite a bit has to add up to that to get to that point.

    Blow out incoming.

Losing Earl Thomas was only the beginning it seems. Tavon Young seems to be a multiplier in terms of this as well. I can imagine Big Ben and the Receiving Corps will be ready by then. :)

I say that because a team could be #1 in ppg only playing bad offenses and people would assume they are the best defense.

I do not. Too many factors involved. That said, Pittsburgh shutting down three top tier Running Backs was a good sign. For that matter, all the more reason I feel good about our matchup against the Titans.

Sure is. Never mind that, Mahomes simply has far superior Arm Talent and Instincts; traits that cannot be taught. Andy Reid is only amplifying his abilities even more. Together, they are nigh unstoppable.

Andy Reid does everything different. Sometimes he gets burned, but it's also what makes him a special coach.

    Yep.

Any special teams gaffe is mitigated by his Offensive Genius. Reid is simply too gifted an Offensive Mind to let something like a Special Teams gaffe affect him. Patrick Mahomes is simply more cake to his already enormous cake.

So true. Any Reid is the QB Whisperer, and he just happened to get a freak like Mahomes. Worked out well for both of them. They're going to be hard to beat for a decade or more. Mahomes will always keep defences honest, and Andy Reid will always ensure he has talent around him. Don't really care what happens with the defence, Mahomes will keep them competitive, if nothing else.
