I've often said once these guys leave college early and go to the NFL they should have to pay back the scholarship they took from some kid deserving of it. So should the schools athletic department with a percentage of income from the big money made on athletics.

But the school literally gives them a scholarship for playing football, not their academics. Plus, the better the player, the more money the college can bring in. So the college is getting exactly what they want.

I dont know if that is what you have. I just know it has happened to me before. I worked at a mustard and spice factory in 08 in the mixing room. Lots of sneezing, one day felt like I broke a rib and thats what they told me.

I know our two towns have similar hot temperatures in the summer. A couple weeks ago, there were a few protesters who thought they'd block traffic by sitting in the middle of a busy intersection. Mid day in Santee, in August, wearing all black clothes, sitting on asphalt. I think it was only high 80s that day. Needless to say, the sit in didn't last long. What are they thinking?

 

We had masks but when you are dealing with that fine of particles they still work through. Worst for me were when we blended meat seasoning for sausage and stuff. Some of the oils used were just murder on the sinuses. Just one of those jobs where a steady paycheck and the same hours every day will only allow you to work for so long.

 

Actress but to be honest the eye candy when she flashes a badge at Tony Stark in Ironman 2 is about the extent of her range lol. Not a strong lead actress(see Fantastic Four reboot) but not bad in supporting roles.

They’re not... if they were they’d know this thing is horse**** from the top down. Yeah they were trying to block traffic downtown rallying in front of the POlice dept etc... many little gatherings still going on here and there but they get met with a pretty fair amount of patriots as well. It’s died down for the most part until the next episode or marching order I guess

 

Santee is small enough that we just have a Sherriff's substation and it's not always open. Besides, with it's location, if they protested there, they'd get run over by all the people trying to get "food" at Raising Cane!
