I'm going with Terrell, Bush needs another year.

 

Also picked Edmunds for the same reason. No where to go but up.

Buggs has an opportunity to be great.

Bince and Buggs sound like names of friends when I was 6.

And who is Bince? Or is that Vince?

 

Based on what? The sixth round pedigree or the 3 tackles last year? Not being a smart a$$ here, just curious what you see?

 

I haven't seen anything. There's a spot needing filled though. I think he led Alabama in sacks his last year.

Can he play in the middle or is he too tall? He had decent tackle #s in college. Will making the rotation be considered a big improvement from him?

 

Brady filled a spot once.

 

I’ve filled a few spots myself but never exactly got many compliments or awards.

 

I went with Bush, you'll see a bigger leap in year two than TE34 who probably has plateaued. Bush will probably improve on his defensive knowledge and hopefully navigating/handling the bigger stronger nfl players.

 

Like to see that, we gave up a lot to get him.

Terrell play safety in college? If not I think he can improve much more. He has the measurables & dbs usually take some time to develop.

 

We should at least give TE the same amount of time given to Vince.

 

I still think he will improve some, I should have said close to plateauing. I just don't have a lot of confidence in him being some superstar. But with that said, he is a very good athlete like you say and he seems to be very durable which helps with the secondary's communication and familiarity with the other members of the defense.

I believe in college he played a couple positions along with safety. I never scouted him much that draft year though.

 

I was checking the roster for Bince. Hopefully he was some diamond in the rough DB we signed from the AAF. Nope.

 

I picked Minka. I thought perhaps the coaches seeing his value would design the defense around his strengths.

 

Bush is running away with this poll. Like to see him be a 3 down piece of the defense, specializing in disrupting the run, rpo shenanigans.

 

Edmunds is a complete bust. He has 0 ball skills and is a complete liability in coverage. Unless he can play LB he will be out of the league in 2 years.

 

I don't know if I filled the spot or just occupied it for a while?

 

1) Bush, 2) Edmunds, 3) Bince

 

Just curious how someone can be a complete bust and start on this defense. Is the defense that bad, the coaches that bad, or what? Help me understand what a complete bust is. Not trying to a wise guy but this doesn't compute well in my simple mind.
