Disagree. Andrew Thomas went three straight years against top tier SEC talent. Dude is the best overall tackle in the class. Going for Tristan Wirfs would have been Ereck Flowers 2.0 all over again.

Guess Kyler Murray's health is not important after all! Isaiah Simmons is a great player but how is that protecting Kyler Murray?! Going to be interesting for certain.

Yeah they passed on Wirfs and Wills, for a team that had problems protecting Murray, that Simmons pick is a head scratcher.

 

Without selecting Jedrick Willis, is Arizona is going for Isaiah Wilson then?! Outside of Willis, Wilson is not going to be dominated by anyone really but needs some coaching. Starting him year one may be a detriment.

Well, to be fair, their defense completely sucked last year. They need help on both sides of the ball. They'll get a good tackle later.

 

This is what I am thinking. Isaiah Wilson is the next best option. I assume Kliff believes the dropoff between Willis and Wilson is not that far off even though Willis is the second best Tackle in the class.

 

Dang. Jedrick Willis is pretty good. He does have the capacity to play Left Tackle but he has mainly played Right Tackle. There will be a learning curve even if he played at Alabama.


T.J. Watt will welcome him properly.

I don't understand how all these players are crammed in houses with people everywhere, no masks, everyone hugging...BUT the NFL teams, and their staffs had to be separated...They have access to big , giant media rooms...And COULD have stayed 10 feet away from each other...Quite silly when you think about it!

 

Nice pick New York! Mehki is going to be a monster given time. Allow him to lose 15 more pounds and you are talking about a multi year Pro Bowl player.
