I read that as an OC in college, his team scored one TD in 12 quarters of football, leading to a demotion to WR coach.

So let’s not hope he’s in Fichtner’s ear too much...

A QB coach to help Fucthner,

A WR coach to help Fucthner.

Maybe we should keep Fucthner forever and hire a RB coach, a Play Calling coach, a game planning coach, and an assistant OC?

I like the run game coordinator experience. He's had a lot of talent down South in college, so I'm anxious to see how he does here. I'll be looking forward to some interviews to see if he mentions his coaching style and what he likes to teach.

You forgot a Coach for MT to help in his challenge flag throwing.

Same her. I also read that he was the WR coach for Debo Samuel during his time in College.

Sounds like he can do a lot of things and if need be, replace RF

I think the Steelers are heading in the right direction with a QB coach
that has HC experience and was a quality OC at Pitt and now this WR coach
who sounds like he has qualities the Steelers are lacking IE run game coordinator.

Sounds like a good signing and the fact that Sherman is going bye bye is also a plus.

All these college guys with no NFL experience though. Beats Ray Sherman though. All these pitt,South Carolina, North Carolina, coaches being brought in. Were these high powered offenses and defenses? Seems like a pretty weak coaching staff to me compared to when we had 4 ex head coaches and veteran knowledge roaming the sidelines. We shall see.

Between Tomlin, Haley, and Munchak, the Steelers had 3 guys with head coaching experience on the sidelines, and they still didn't know how to use a timeout correctly.

Karl Dunbar came from college he's a good DL coach, and he came from Alabama.

Who cares where the coaches came from? Just because some of the coaches didn't come from the bigger schools doesn't mean they can't coach , Matt Canada spent some time with LSU also in addition to Pitt.

Ward isn't even a WR coach, he's a offensive assistant.
