The Texans also have Deshon, and he can be dynamite if his OL
    blocks.

I grew up in Western NY, my parents were Bills season ticket holders for years. Somewhere in a junk drawer I have a ticket stub from OJ Simpsons first Pro game. It was the AFL, in 1969, vs the SB III champion NY Jets and Joe Namath, it cost $4.50.

The difference between Bills fans and Steeler fans is striking. Steeler fans expect sucess, and cry like baby's when they don't get it. How could Duck screw up like that? Bills fans expect disaster, talked to my brother on Thxgiving, it's the 4Q and they're beating Dallas by 2TDs, and he says to me "when the Bills blow this game the loss will be soul crushing". With a rare decent team playing in prime time, a 250 mile drive and a bit of cold weather doesn't stop Bills fans from buying tix from Stiller fans who'd rather stay home.

I like Josh Allen, he's rough, but he's athletic, mobile and a real football player. He has a sense for winning,
The D is for real, and Mc Dermott looks like a good coach.

They're 6-1 on the road, winning at Dal, TN and Pitt. They've played Bal tough at home. Should have beaten NE at home, and have an interesting game at NE on Saturday.

They're not quite there, yet. They might steal a playoff game in Hou, but that's about the best case scenario for them. But the D has some good young talent, get them some OL depth and a top WR, and they can make noise in the coming yrs.

Dude the season doesn't end today, if they don't win their last 2 games, they will have to rely on tiebreakers most likely.

No they don't. Josh Allen is a legit franchise QB. They just have no weapons around him and the o-line is unremarkable. Bills need to get him some receivers with size as well continuing to upgrade that o-line. I'm amazed Josh Allen has been as productive as he's been this year on offense given how weak his skill position players are.

Lets see what Josh Allen does when he gets some actual talent alongside him on offense before trying to say he's an issue for the Bills.

Dude I agree but we are in the drivers seat and we don't have to win our last 2 games. Heck man we can lose our last 2 games and still make it. We ARE the 6th seed right now, we control our playoff spot.

Yes the Bills do have a QB problem as of this season.

I watched Allen play this season. Did you watch him play? If you did then you would notice that he isn't performing like a franchise QB in his 2nd season. His stats back up that assessment.. Maybe you mean Allen has the talent to be a franchise QB? He will be the "key cog" that holds the Bills back if he doesn't play better.

Players are not franchise players until the prove it on a consistent basis. The jury is still out on Allen.

Josh Allen has an absolute cannon for an arm. He has to work on his mechanics, especially footwork and learn to get a little bit of touch on the ball and he will be a great QB. He reminds me of a young John Elway, who could do 2 things well when he first came into the league. He could throw the ball a mile and he could take off and run, kind of like Allen.

Now I see why you have always have been a Bill's fan. And for good reason.
It is a shame that you feel Buffalo has such an inferiority complex.
I think with proper QB development and correct coaching and player personnel
decisions, Buffalo could become the team to beat in the AFC East. Just a side note
I am old enough to remember pre Noll and Dan Rooney years. The Steelers were
about as bad as they come. With winning comes high expectations. We have that here in Western Pa.

Oh I've watched him a lot. And I don't know what stats your looking at but he's among the league leaders in total TDs. He currently has more rushing TDs than even Lamar Jackson. His passing stats are unremarkable because he has no weapons in the pass game outside of John Brown. Its hard to look great passing the ball as a QB when your receiving corp is not good.

Josh Allen has the talent to be an elite QB. He just needs more talent around him on offense to maximize those abilities.

You would know he needs to play with more consistently if you watched him a lot. I looked at his over all stats. Go take a lot and tell me they are good enough considering he is an "elite talent".

I think the talent around him is good enough for him to play better and to produce better than he has this season. Especially if he has the talent to be an elite QB. Play better everything will take care of itself. Until he does he will be the anchor that potentially holds the team back.

Sounds familiar to the Steelers, yes? That's why I initially stated the Bills have a QB issue just like the Steelers. Our inconsistent QB play will be the anchor that potentially holds our team back.

How does talent around him help him hold the ball?????? I am not saying Allen isn't talented but come on man 14 fumbles this year and the season isn't over.

Steelers beat the Jets and the Texans beat the Titans and the Steelers are in. Almost all tiebreaker scenarios are in the Steelers favor. The Steelers may not have locked it down yet, but the odds are in their favor.

i don't know about that. I don't feel like Josh Allen is on the verge of being elite. I feel like he is an inconsistent, inaccurate QB that can run better than he throws. Those type of guys are what they are.

I disagree. You would rather have Hodges or MR. Remember he’s only in his 2nd year as well and IMO his weapons are sub par. Give him a true number 1 WR and some more experience I feel we’d be lucky to have a Josh Allen problem...

It's not like Hodges and Rudolph have much to work with. You could say our weapons are just as subpar. Personally I think Rudolph has the ability to be a better and more accurate passer than Allen. He's also only in his second year.

Agree to disagree. I’m not saying Allen is a cant miss but he’s got everything you would want in today’s modern QB. Size ,mobility and a cannon for a arm. Right now they probably have shown the same amount of accuracy but Allen trumps MR by far with his arm and mobility. I like MR too but I think you’d be nuts that if in a hypothetical scenario you wouldn’t trade one for the other.JMO. I think JA is the least of Buffalo’s problems.

If the Texans beat the Bucs and the Titans lose to the Saints, both of which are likely, then the Texans clinch the division and will rest their starters against the Titans. The Steelers are going to have to win these last 2 games to get in.

Allen's not quite there on reading a defense. Lots of potential though, best QB of that draft imo.
