Uh ... watt should get that anyway. Not from just sacks, but his whole body of work ... this season. The young guys won't get any positive experience ... from a beat down in the wildcard game

With two weeks left, here's how the NFL playoff picture currently stands:

    #Steelers playoff clinching scenarios:
    1. Win out (@ NYJ, @ BAL)
    2. Win 1 and TEN loses to HOU

A trip to KC would be an interesting test for this D. The haven't really played a top Off on the road, since the jelled as a unit.

Even if our defense holds the Chiefs to 25 or less points, Steelers 3rd string offense won't generate enough points.

We really need Tampa Bay to upset the Texans on Saturday and the Titans to pull off a big upset against the Saints so the Texans have something to play for in their game with the Titans in week #17. I think we can beat the Jets this week but I don't see us winning in Baltimore even against their backups.

I disagree. Steelers can beat the Ravens with RGIII. Steelers were a fumble away from beating Ravens with Jackson. Steelers/Ravens games are usually tight slug fests.... week 17 won't be any different.

I predict two of the teams in this playoff bracket miss the playoffs but hope I'm wrong.

Let me pose this question , in this Titanic struggle, who is the better QB? RGIII or Duck? I say it's RG III, so still edge to Balt.

So what happens if Duck throws 4 TDs for 350 yards vs. Jets? Is he all of a sudden HOF bound? Duck had a bad game vs. the Bills. It happens to all QBs... even Joe Montana and Goat Brady.

The Steelers almost certainly win, and Duck has some nice press clipping and pictures to but on the wall of his office, when he selling insurance in 2yrs.

Exactly I have seen Ben throw 4 and 5 INT games. Including the 5 INT game which had 2 pick 6.

Ben never had the fear of being yanked, because he played so well as a Rookie and year 2 surrounded by a really good team.

He will be in HOF and go down as probably the best QB the franchise has ever had.

Which is why you can't give up on the Rudolph or Hodges.

The sample size is too small to see how either will actually do. The could both be bust, they could be average, or they could be good.

    Takes time.

It looks like Houston has clinched the AFC South, I'm not sure if they can move up to a higher seed by beating the Titans in the season finale.

they won’t have much to play for, they really can’t jump to the 2 spot, they will rest guys against the titans especially playing in the wildcard round.

Any way Steelers control their playoff fate. They need to win both games. If not they aren’t deserving

The Texans win today means that is very unlikely now that the Steelers will make the playoffs. Nevertheless a win over the Jets would at least keep hope alive for an upset win at Baltimore and a win tomorrow would give the team a winning season which is remarkable.

If the Bears beat the Chefs tomorrow then the Texans can still get the 3rd seed. Otherwise we're done.

We have to hope that the AJ McCarron led Texans can pull off the win against the Titans next week. Of course the Steelers have to take care of business against the Jets tomorrow.

    It starts with the Jets.

If you can't beat the Jets, you don't deserve the Playoffs.
