I'm over him wanting to play and going to that other team. He's a Steeler! I love the way he defends the team. Could he be critical at times? He should be, that's his job.

Having said that, I agree with JH that this game will be fairly clean and kept between the whistles. That doesn't mean there won't be some hitting, maybe even a penalty, but there won't be the shenanigans that there was 2 weeks ago.

"So you're saying that Mike Munchak didn't pull someone's hair?"

Deebo: "Naw, that was some strange camera angle"

BB used him like a tool for a few games then dumped him. I need more time to forgive.

If JH played for any other team after the Steelers... then I would not have had any issue. The fact that he went to New England just to have a good chance to get a Super Bowl ring before retiring doesn't sit well with me. Same thing with AB... I can't forgive either of them for that level of treachery and hypocrisy.

AB’s situation is waaaayyyyy different than JH. AB was always a “me” guy. Everyone just overlooked it for a while and he tried to hide it for a while. I personally think JH got screwed a little bit by Tomlin.

    haha good stuff...

pissed he went to NE too, but the flame has diminished. I'm sure he went there out of spite, but he was being wasted on the bench too

Looking back, once JH was cut, wasn't he passed over by just about every other team before the Patriots even had a shot at picking him up? Unless I'm wrong and JH had a choice with who to go to, it's not like other teams wanted him.

Grudges are awful things.... JH and AB are non-existent to me. Both of these players joined the dark side and betrayed our great franchise. So sad.

You're gonna have to verify this with proof of waiver claims.

    Hey SteelNole.

I am with you100% here. I also think the two situations are totally different.

Of course both wanted to play. However, for JH “Money” IMO was not the overriding factor it was to just get playing time first, money second. He was so called “promised” more playing time from Tomlin who basically reneged on that “promise”. This was all circling around the investment and development of Bud Dupree.

Tomlin’s “broken promises” of playing time to JH lead to him sleeping at meetings and just going through the motions after awhile because he knew that Tomlin basically went back on his word. I am not justifying going to NE but it seems that he just felt he something to contribute to a team and wanted to play. This is the same with most people who have a desire to keep working but no one wants to give that person an opportunity.

Now for AB, I am not even sure about his motives. If it was for rings then Oakland was not the place to go it would have been New England. And even when he had that chance at both Oakland and New England he screwed those opportunities up. AB was guaranteed $30 Million with Oakland. When all of the off the field issues started surfacing on AB, NE cut ties with him. Still leaving me scratching my head.

While I can see your point to a degree without JH we could be wearing 5 rings instead of 6. That play alone is a HUGE plus in Steeler history. Now AB can suck balls and choke on his nuts.

Like I’ve said before I don’t have to like the players as a person. I’m sure Ben was a d bag and Harrison too. I enjoyed harrison while he played for us and he helped us win a ring. Brown did absolutely nothing

True on AB.... nothing. JH lost with Patriots vs. Eagles.... karma is a *****. It don't matter... Patriots will win #7 again this year. Ravens will bungle AFC Championship and NFC team will choke in Super Bowl.

Pats have no offense and harbaugh can beat Bill in the playoffs. Unless pats sign AB, I can’t see them matching up with ravens.

hard to beat bill twice in a season much less playoffs though

Trust me... something stupid will happen. Jackson will sprain his ankle in divisional round and not be 100% for AFC Championship. Ravens D can't stop Brady. Rinse and repeat.
