If the Steelers moved on from Fichtner after this season, how about looking into former Redskins HC as OC. I'm not sure of Fichtner's contract status, him and Ben seems to get along a lot better than Ben and Haley :lolol:.

I would also inquire about Mike McCarthy to see if he is interested. Sure he had Aaron Rodgers but Mike was still good when he was with Green Bay. That said, Jay Gruden is also an option.

Besides, Jay can operate freely without the worry about being under a troglodyte of an Owner. :lolol:

Not a bad idea. I definitely want an outsider. New blood. I don't want any in house promotions.

Not interested in McCarthy, he was stubborn in his later years, their offense was too predictable at times. Him and Rodgers didn't get along at the end.

Hence why I said he did have Rodgers. I never said they were successful the whole time.

McCarthy seems like he would hold out for a HC job over being a OC.

Won't be a change as long as Ben is here. Ben is the OC.

So you're saying that our OC is on injured reserve?

True in any way you look at it! PUP and MUP, one is Physically Unable to Perform and the other is Mentally Unable to Perform.
