Duck got it done. Bush sighting too. I'll take it.

I'm sure it was. They wanted one shot to end it with a TD. It was a called rollout, and like you said, it was one read and throw it away. Take no chances at turning the ball over.

Hey man, we just needed a boost of energy. So, I thought that the change was needed. We won't make any definite changes. We will let the body of work during this week's practice ... lead us to our final decision of our starting qb ... going forward. Next question ....

They brought in Duck after giving Rudolph the first possession of the 2nd half. 3 and out. Duck throws a 79 yd TD to JW (mostly a brilliant JW run and stiff arm) to take the lead. Then a couple of splash plays by the defense. Bush caused a fumble that Fitz scooped and had a nice return. Then on the Bengals last possession with plenty of time on the clock, Bud with the strip sack fumble recovery. Benny had a nice second half culminating with a great run for the clock killer first down.

Tomlin had zero confidence in Rudolph (obviously), so why start him?

Cleveland blows. Any kind of offense last week and Pitt wins that game. Bunch of blow hards that believe their own BS.

Lot to be happy about, even though it was the Bengals.

The backup RB came through- I think that was what, their second or third best rushing effort of the season?

Washington had to have a big game and he did.

The defense continues to be very good at making splash plays.

Boswell is quietly having a great season.

And, the coaching staff made the right move with the Qb change.

Next week looms as an Armaggedon game. However, it's at home and the crowd should be screaming for blood. No matter how gaudy the Browns win looks today, they let up 24 points to the Dolphins. If they let up 24 points again next week, the Steelers win.

If Mason played that poorly, I am open for change. Besides, letting him refocus should be top priority. Duck gets the call!!

They better have something for Cleveland, can we knock them out of their vaunted SB run this year with a win against them?

Thanks. I was so intrigued with the great first half, I did yard work all afternoon. So Reader’s Digest version, an 0-10 team took us to the final minutes of the game...mmm...where have I seen that story line play out before:hehehe::facepalm:

I don’t think that’s the case. Rudolph deserved a shot to make up for a bad game. Like I stated previously his numbers in the first meeting against them gave you hope he could bounce back. Tomlin saw it just wasn’t happening and made the move. Anybody claiming Duck the heir apparent is being a bit premature. No matter how much you like to be right this game only proves it was the right move for today. Let’s see how the rest of the season plays out.

"I didn't think I'd be throwing a 79 yard touchdown pass on my 3rd play, but if I could go back and do it again, it would be pretty cool"

    God I love Duck haha

How about some love for JW? Without that catch and run including treating that DB like a rag doll. Without his great individual effort and the inconsistency of this offense ,maybe we don’t even score there....Hats off JW

Did they talk to you about going in at halftime? "No, they didn't say anything" - Duck

wtf coaches? Thinking of pulling Rudolph and don't tell the backup to be ready?
