Keys to victory?

A few of my keys are not being abysmal on 3rd and short. Something resembling a running game. Keeping a consistently clean pocket for Rudolph and I expect our edge rushers to have a huge day. Bud going up against Glenn in his first game this year I believe and Watt against Hart ,who he owned last time. Gotta keep contain though this week.

Do we live in our fears of not live in our fears this week? Is this the week hell is unleashed? We have been waiting so I'm sure it's coming at some point since mt said it.

How about not being involved in a melee? That would be a good start. Seriously though, this team has to be able to run the ball because it is clear that Rudolph's arm and mind are not on point. Need to see the OL commit to power running move bodies and open holes.

Playing like we want to win
Coaching like we know what the hell we are doing
Performing like we properly prepared for the game
Execute for 60 minutes
Have alternate transportation (Uber) back to Pittsburgh for our coaching staff if we lose.

 

Playing as if they are ready from the opening kickoff would be a nice change of pace. It hasn't happened much this year and the current offense isn't good enough to be trying to rally from behind all the time.

 

Run run run, would love to see Snell have a big game. I think quick passing, slants and screens to set up the big plays. I hope mason rebounds from last week however I am not looking for him to come out gunning.

Our defense needs a big game like always and I think we are gonna see some serious pressure on this young QB.

Yes, I agree with you. A running game, or something that resembles one, would go a long way. In addition, where are the "Invisible" TEs?

The Steelers should be able to run today. The Bengals are not only the worst team in the league this year in terms of rushing yds allowed but they are the worse team in the league in rushing yds in almost a decade. They're not just bad, they're historically bad.

Of course, it doesn't help that Connor and Pouncey are out, but still...

 

The defense has to get a minimum of 3 sacks and force at least 2 turnovers for the Steelers to win.

 

Mason being accurate down field and not relying on the check downs for every pass. Establish a running game. Do that and they should win. I look for this game to be close but we should pull out the win.

Mason will be the key imo. Bad game we lose, decent game we win. Can't give them any points with our offense on the field.

Keys to victory? Not playing the way they are right now against a winless team.

 

Score more points than opponent...any way you can....style points don’t matter...the standard is the standard, obviously, make sure we tip our caps to them, make the necessary plays to win
