I think at this point with the Conner situation with him being a walking injury and the concussions to both Ju Ju and Dionte and Pouncey being suspended most likely the next 2-3 games you gotta at least kick the tires maybe this next week on guys like Ajayi, Dez Bryant or Terrell Pryor or somebody with some pedigree at both wideout and running back. You can’t go into this Bengals game with guys like Holton and Tevin Jones being you’re number 2 and 3 receivers. They gotta try and upgrade here somewhat. Going into this Bengals game with all these guys injured is not gonna be a gimmie game. You gotta try to get better and make moves if necessary.

Who's going to be the #1 receiver?

Who's going to be the #1 QB? Hopefully not Rudolph!

I'd ask Torrey Smith if he wanted to come out of retirement if he's in game shape. I always liked the guy, and I imagine he would be cheap. He can be a veteran roleplayer that they desperately need.

    I think Juju's wasn't bad. Johnson's looked far worse.

Juju might be back for Bengals. Johnson might be a little longer.

Do we look @ Eli?? Switzer is also out.. and that is who we chose over Eli..

    IMO we should bring in:

WR: Eli, Martavias Bryant, Dez Bryant, maybe Mike Wallace... Even though he would do us good ("possibly") I don't think we look @ AB

RB: Jay Ajayi, CJ Anderson, Chris Ivory, and maybe thats a long maaaybeee blount..

Maybe. I assumed Juju will be out since he didn't return to the game last night, but with the extended layoff he might be okay by then.

Options are limited. He looked awful, but some of it was beyond his control. It's not like we haven't seen a 15 year vet throw 4 picks in a stinker (or was it 5...)

When Johnson hit the ground on the live play you could hear him audiblizing in pain. (if audiblizing is a word)

5... but to be fair it was vs. a much better defense.

I do recall Brady throwing 4 picks vs a Dolphins team that finished sub .500 a few years ago. It happens.

They already let the 2 WRs that could help them most pass by, Jordan Matthews and Josh Gordon.

Guess they could try Rogers but the guy isn't on a team for a reason and he's had tryouts. Dez is a possibility. Neither could do worse than Holton.

Situation is bleak, will probably have to wait for JuJu and DJ to heal up.

The 2019 Pittsburgh Steelers died when Ben got hurt for the year. Minkah revived the team but they were on life support. They officially passed away last night. We all don't want to let go but it's time.

Mason is like that inexperienced doctor making his first surgery and nipping arteries along the way "oops"

The hope that this season was going to be more than 'non-losing' was over when AB decided he didn't want to be a Steeler anymore. I don't see Ben having any better luck with the likes of Johnny Holton and Tevin Jones.

Can be anything from a cut ear to a fractured skull. No sense reading anything into it at this point.

I expect Ju Ju to be okay and I still think Rudolph should be the starter in Cincinnati. The Bengals are so horrible and I still can’t see the Steelers losing to that team no matter who is out.

What really sucks is Snell is injured the same time as Conner, as a rookie he would've had a chance to get a lot of playing time. Samuels and Edmunds aren't good enough.

The Steelers defense going against Ryan Finley the Bengals QB who looked awful against the Ravens should be enough for them to win that game without much of a problem.

But maybe AJ Green will be back.. unless he is still "injured"
    That could make "some" difference
