I actually blame the officials. It was chippy all night. They should have sent a message after the Randall ejection and talked to both teams about keeping this game in check. Granted, the officials weren't the reason this happened, but they didn't help the situation either.

I don't agree this is a rivalry of course it is gonna get chippy. I can't remember who it was I think greddy williams but he went over to Tomlin and it looked like he apologized. I know it was physical and there were some hits and I do believe that is why they ejected Randall, I don't blame the refs. There was 8 seconds to go the game was all but over, I blame Garrett!!!!!!!

Anyone care to give a summary of what happened..... what started the fight? Unfortunately, I had seen enough of the horrible game and turned if off with just a couple minutes left after what I thought was mason’s last interception.

Sounds like it. This has escalated very quickly. Then again, this season has been chalk FULL of surprises.

I will update everyone if any other form of information.

As did I. Sadly, nothing can be done about the end result of yesterday's game either. Have to move on as this is a serious loss for the Steelers.

... However, two aspects can be correct here. For one, Cleveland did in fact win the game. That said, at what cost to not just their image but also the NFL's?!

I was thinking the exact same thing...If he did that, and just layed there...Man that would have been a long, long, suspension... Whether he faked it or not

I have a feeling that not only will Pouncey be suspended a game or two but Mason as well. If you watch the replay after he gets taken down to the ground he is grabbing at Garrett’s helmet and holding onto his face mask. This Was no excuse for what Myles did but it was the lit match that started it all. I think the NFL is going to make sure everyone is made an example of.

Players grab each other’s helmets all the time.
They even charge after each other once they get up off the ground.

Rudolph should not be fined-suspended for any of that.

I haven’t seen much like that happen. I personally don’t think he should get suspended. Looking at it from The NFL’s perspective you can see where it all started. They don’t need this to blow up in their face. I believe they’ll want to make an example of all players involved

No his life would be over. A SWAT team would have rushed on the field, tied him to the goal post and emptied their clips into him.

In a totally unbiased view of the whole thing, Rudolph started it all. He tried to tear Garrett's helmet off first, then Garrett tore his off. I think that would have been the end of it, imho, but Mason went after Garrett , threw a punch, and escalated the whole thing.

I hope for his sake that he is intoxicated. I would hate to think that he typed that not under the influence.

If Mason threw a punch, he must have thrown it high!
